Liz, is so RUDE!!! Worst customer service representative that works there.. this time when I went in to pay a bill and all she did was roll her eyes, and didn't say a word. This has happened the last 6 times I've been in. This time I let her know I didn't appreciate this and I would be leaving a review. Some people don't belong in customer service.

Literally been calling all day and the two ladies put there store phone on silent because music was just a little bit more important. So what is the point in having a working store phone if people don't want to answer it?
