They don’t keep much items for all genders including kids ….I don’t know why …when compare to old navy stores at Fayetteville and other locations

This isn't specific to this location but I don't see a way to leave a review for the Old Navy website through Google.
Old Navy shipped parts of our order but left out over $165 dollars worth. Followed up with customer service multiple times and were told we would receive a refund if we never received the items. We submitted our claim for our missing clothes after all the shipped order arrived.
Then the company dismissed the claim with no reasoning, and told us we have to file a dispute with our bank to get that missing money back... Please do me and yourself a favor and don't give Old Navy Online your business.

Besides all the quality going down and the prices going up...this particular location really doesn't have great sales, you stand forever in line, and the amount they push the credit card is unbelievable and predatory.
They'll sign someone up for the card and laugh and talk to them while there is one register open and a whole line of people. Then when you go to check out they're pretty aggressively trying to get you to sign up for the card saying it can help pay your bills. Lol i think she said 5% back...so why would i believe a card that I have to spend 1000 to get 50 back is going to change my life?
Unfortunately just because you're not at the register doesn't mean you're safe. You have to keep your guard up AT ALL TIMES in that store. Headphones don't ward them off...body postures don't ward them off..maybe a whistle might be necessary at this point? They have this lady wandering around the store offering bags to customers. When you thank her and reach for the bag BAM she's got you held hostage for yet another attempt to get you to sign up for that credit card. She literally just does that...all day..every day. The last time she did it to me I already knew her game so I said no I don't want that bag and when she dove into her credit monologue I just said I'm not interested. She literally got mad at me and started arguing about manners?? Such a weird experience yall.
