I joined to get in shape for my wedding and love it! The trainers are there to help and correct form (in a nice way) If needed and it's always a different work out! I burn at least 500 calories per work out and some members have reached over 800! It is a little pricey but it's well worth it. I've tried so many different things to lose weight and I feel I am finally on the right track!!

I have been attending Orange Theory for a year now and I absolutely love it! As a busy mom, fitting in an hour workout taught by fantastic coaches is a win win! I recommend it to everyone!

Great workout!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My favorite part is not having to decide what to at the gym. It’s done for you and it’s a full body workout.

I've been attending the Rogers Orange Theory Fitness for some time now, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The combination of intense cardio workouts and strength training is incredibly effective. The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is always positive. The heart rate monitoring system adds a unique dimension to workouts, helping you track your progress. If you're looking for a results-driven fitness program in a supportive environment, Orange Theory Fitness Rogers is the place to be!

My experience with Orange Theory/the Rogers location in particular, has been nothing short of smooth, easy, fun, and amazing! I am so glad I found a community that is so welcoming and accessible. I’ve been a fitness fanatic for 40 years. As an older physician with more aches and pains than can tolerate Cross Fit or training for triathlons any longer, I’ve found the smartest gym membership yet. Great whole body fitness emphasizing endurance, power, and core strength has made vigorous exercise achievable again. But one of the best features is that OTF is truly scaleable for any active person. Try it! You’ve got nothing to lose but pounds and fat.

I’ve been going to the Orange theory in Rogers since moving her few months ago. I love the ease of scheduling classes. So far I haven’t met any coach that I did not like. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. It’s a great whole body workout! Totally recommend!!

Attended a class with Colby! This class was great! it’s hard to find a coach who can be funny and entertaining but also push you to push your limits when you workout. With amazing music too! We need more coaches like this.

It’s the only workout I’ve been able to consistently stick to. It challenges me daily with different workouts focused on different muscle groups. You never know what you’re going to get and I love that. Everyone is excited to see you- it truly is my fitness family.

Workouts are always different and challenging. There is a tendency to focus heavy on lower body. Would like to see more of a balance for total body. My studio is always too hot and humid because the coaches are cold.

Orange Theory - is an excellent option if you prefer group training over working out alone. Classes combine strength, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).Highly recommend taking Coach Dana or Alan’s class!
