Rude and mean on the phone I am from Oklahoma were people r nice and understanding this lady wouldn't even listen to me or help me out being an older veteran
10 thumbs down for not being understanding and I was gonna drive two hrs I'll go elsewhere
I have a two hr drive in morn I was looking for just an abs module and the lady said they could not hold it could not garuntee it especially if I only have cash I can drive up there on my own accord w cash but cash don't mean anything they only really accommodate people with cards and it does not matter if I show up in morn or drive a long ways I will be helped last in line if I have cash lol ðŸ˜ðŸ˜†
That's fine I went to McAllister a longer distance only cause of there demeanor and words and nice goes a long way
Signed veteran was gonna be a first time customer just moved down here

They gave us the wrong parts. We called and ordered a back axle but when we made the trip to Rogers from Fayetteville to get the axle; it was completely shot.

I bought a van from Sam Blackrby. The vehicle started acting up the very next day so I took it to him to put on the computer. He said it was a misfire in cylinder 4 & would replace the sparkplugs on his dime. He didn't! He blocked me right after. All sparkplugs, coils & battery needs replacing. He charged me $3500 plus my vehicle as a trade in. My favorite part of the deal of him boasting how it gave him so much joy in life to help single mothers out & how he does God's wore. Beware!!!! They are liars & scammers!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I had a great experience with Payless Auto Salvage in purchasing a replacement tire for my Chrysler 200. It is as easy to find the inventory online using their website and I simply called to confirm. I paid in advance over the phone and they were able to pull the tire off and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. I imagine you can also come to check out the part before purchasing if you prefer. Note that the receipt says no refunds although they may exchange a part if there are others in the junk yard.
