Came to buy 10 crates .I help rescue and needed some for transport.. The lady up front said she would send somebody to help open a medium sized crate for I could see the size even though it has dimensions us old people I need to see. The lady started to help me. Then a man come up red, headed, rude, a hoe, and so we can't open that. Why can't they use it for a display?More than likely I was going to buy it since i'm needing so many. But the rudest aho I ever met smug smitten lucky owned the world. Well, when somebody has thirty one dogs at their house, fostering and rescuing and non permanent, you're losing a customer big time forever. Went straight to pet land where they where happy to open with out hesitation and a big smile so I bought two. And will be back to buy more. Just now leaving two you g smiling young ladies even helped me load. Never used this brand before but it looks even better quality.

Before Vickie became General Manager I would not shop at Petco as what I was shopping for wasn't ever stocked, the employees were not as friendly, and it was dirty. I took a chance awhile back because I saw that Petco is now carrying Ollie. Upon walking in I was greeted and immediately saw and felt the difference. Since Vickie has been the GM you can see and feel a significant positive change with this store. Its clean, I can always find what I need, and all of the team including John are so very kind and helpful. I only know that Vickie is the GM because she is personable and kind to the shoppers like myself. I now only shop at Petco in Rogers. Thank you Vickie and John and all of the Rogers Petco team for always being so kind and helpful.

Staff were very helpful and the store had a good selection of fish. Jon was a knowledgeable fish keeper, he answered all my questions and helped me pick out my first fish

Devon is the best dog trainer in the area. He has done an amazing job with our 2 year old Chi, Shadow. Shadow w is a rescue that was found running the streets in the Tulsa area. He was a wild child, but after working with Devon, he is a whole different dog. Thank you, Devon!!!

For me it's always a pleasure to shop here I am in this store at least once every other week this is the only store that carries my dog's prescription dog food. They have a large selection of everything you could need. A little bit more expensive but to me it's worth it they treat their customers like they really appreciate them they greet you when you come in through the front door they're very helpful and there's always an employee somewhere nearby on the floor they have a lot of help The managers are top-notch. I highly recommend this Petco

I wanted to give more stars for the friendliness of the staff in there but this review is not to the staff but to the store and it's wellness.
I have been a loyal Petco customer for years, frequently purchasing fish for my aquariums. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely painful, disappointing and costly.
The last batch of fish I bought from Petco 2 weeks before appeared healthy at the time of purchase but turned out to be infected. Within a day, the infection spread rapidly, wiping out two of my established tanks and causing the devastating loss of over 30 fish. Despite my meticulous care, proper acclimation, and quarantine procedures, the poor health of these fish led to an outbreak that forced me to reset both of my aquariums from scratch.
Whatβs most frustrating is that this could have been avoided with better quality control and proper health checks by Petco. While I understand that illnesses can sometimes be unpredictable, selling infected fish is unacceptable. When I called the store manager, I was told their tanks are well-maintained and that "it could have been just one or two sick fish." But that one sick fish ended up costing me over 30.
Petco, as a responsible pet store, should prioritize the health and well-being of the animals they sell. Proper maintenance of tanks, regular health checks, and improved care could prevent situations like this.
Until I see significant improvements, I will be taking my business elsewhere to ensure the safety of my aquariums.
