Not happy at ALL with these people. I booked a birthday grooming for my puppy niece today and they decided last minute to cancel the appointment without a real reason. That's why I don't take MY dog to commercial groomers like Petco and PetSmart. Thinking they are better when they aren't. Don't go to these people if you don't want your appointment cancelled for no real reason.

I was just in this location, and the birds are in terrible condition with Hardly any water, and the water is full of poop. The birdcage is full of poop all over on the perches. An employee site to flag down to ask to give them water. Absolutely disgusting. I will be reporting this to the state

Fish situation is a bit sad. Down side and reality of these types of pet stores. Also, whichever employee or employees think sneaking off to smoke cigarettes in the restroom is okay, I hope you get caught. It’s disgusting to walk into a smoke filled restroom and I’m just glad I didn’t have my kids with me this time. In the very unlikely chance it was a customer I still stand by this review rating for animal quality of care/living. Though today is better than many days I’ve been here previously.

This is my rant!!!! This morning at 11:00 o’clock we get a call from Petsmart to cancel our grooming appointment for our 3 dogs. Appointment was for 12:30 this morning. Was told by the groomer that he had a personal things he wanted to do today. Instead of working today. We scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago but it’s ok for Petsmart it’s ok to Cancel with a 2 hours notice!!!!!!!! Callback talk to the Manager and was told they just did not want our business.

This is honestly just disgusting and it's pretty obvious PetSmart is funded enough money and have the resources to care for these animals the right way. The litter boxes are always gross and full with droppings. Mind you, these cats sometimes share little cubicles. Seeing how these beautiful betta are being cared for, they most likely will die before you've even had it for a month. One fish was literally STRUGGLING to breathe through his gills. The feeder insects and worms are also always wayyyy outdated and sometimes black. If you don't wanna do your job the right way and let animals die, go home.

Nothing really wrong with the store itself. Just always get attitude from the cashiers up front. At least act like you don’t hate your life. Be thankful you actually have a job. You get to see puppies come in all day how could you not like your job?!

The staff was nice, but weren’t very helpful unfortunately. I didn’t pay much for grooming but still feel the bare minimum was done, was a waste of the drive, I don’t mean to be cynical but I don’t feel the staff was as helpful as they could’ve been. But again, I’d like to irritate that they were indeed nice and friendly, and welcomed I and my pet like family, this probably isn’t the best place for bigger dogs, but I’m sure they do a good job otherwise.

Roy was SO knowledgeable!! I walked in expecting to walk out with a beta fish for my classroom & he literally gave me a “How to” on taking care of a beta and how to prepare a tank!! Amazing salesman & I’ll be back to buy my beta once my tank is good to go!

I've been a PetSmart customer for at least 10 years, if not longer. Since I work in the Veterinary field, I always refer clients to PetSmart for products that we do not carry in our office, or to get a lower price due to the larger quantities PetSmart can order and keep in stock. Well, that ends today. At least for this location.We walked in and the person behind the register was helping another customer so I understood not getting the standard "hello" when we came in (although other clerks have been able to do so when we've come in before. Multi tasking is apparently not her strong suit).We go get our dog's special dog food (we rescued him from a shelter in Montana 4 years ago, and he has allergies to all things poultry. I've purchased his LID diets at PetSmart, and now Lamb & Oat many, many times. These are not cheap foods, but he needs to eat and he gets what he needs).I can get the Lamb & Oat thru a Veterinary Professionals website, at a discount being that I still work in the Veterinary field, but they were out of stock, and Odin is almost out of food.So we walked up toward the counter and the cashier is sitting down behind the register. We almost did not see her. Does she call out to tell us she's there, no. Does she actually stand up when we walk up, no. She asked if I am a member to which I replied yes, and I gave her my phone number. She says, "Nope, not there." I said, "what? That's not right" and I repeated the number. She typed it in again, then turned the monitor so I could see the number and she says, "This IS the number I put in, is this right" then she hit enter, and low and behold, my account came up. No apologies for messing up the number the first time.I informed the cashier I had a price match and she would need the manager to do an override. (As, when I purchased this same food there a few months ago, and prior to that, the clerk needed the manager to approve it.) And this girl interrupts me and says, "No, the manager won't authorize an override." I said, "the manager authorized it last time, as well as before that. This is from the Purina for Professionals site, I work in a Veterinary office. She got on the radio and asked the manager "can we price match from an online site" (not which site it is from) and replies, "no, only from brick and mortar stores."So, I took the larger bag back and purchased the smaller 16# bag for the price I should have paid for the 24# bag. We go to stand in line and another employee walks right past us, and I said, "I guess only one cashier can work at a time", and low and behold she stops and turns around and says, "I can help you here". Good, I did not want to go back thru rude #1 clerk's line again. She was able to type in my phone number correctly the first time. She rang up our items (the smaller bag of food and several treats that I can't get locally (again nothing with poultry), spending over $100 and the cashier asked if I wanted to use the $2.50 in points I had accrued, and I said, "Yes. This will be the last time I shop in this store."It is really too bad the manager at this store, only cares about the bottom line and not in what is right for the animals. She apparently tolerates her employees being rude to customers as well. It would be a different story if I could purchase his food just anywhere. My clinic does not carry the lamb and oat and the salmon is too rich for him. I'll just order his food on line from now on and if it doesn't arrive in time, I guess I'll be cooking up some ground lamb and oatmeal for him until it arrives.

I went to PetCo first, and the girls there wouldn't sell me goldfish! I told them the environments I needed them for, and she said it was too small for goldfish. Really? I love my goldfish from PetSmart. They are healthy and happy! I will always go to PetSmart from now on!

Kind of disappointed in the selection of what I was looking for, but the girl working the fish dept. on Friday afternoon, 7/28/20304, was super helpful. Don't remember her name, but she seriously needs some sort of recognition. Bonus or a raise or something..

Only needed a nail trim. CALLED prior to bringing pup and was told no appt just come on anytime. Walk in and made to feel like it was now a burden. Then girl proceeded to put chock leash on my pup and start pulling her behind the counter and telling me I needed to step out while my pup was fighting the chock collar and flipping/falling all over the floor. Talk about a terrible approach to a small dog. I stopped it immediately and walked out. Will not be returning EVER.
