Mike and his team in service, have been amazing the last seven years I have worked with them. The customer service, follow up, and speed of work is by far the best I have experienced in many years of boat ownership. I would highly recommend this service department.

I needed a new servo motor for the perfect pass on my Mastercraft. I called Steve Saturday at noon and he had the exact part I needed. It was the same price as I could buy online. I stopped and picked it up on my way to the water, installed the part, lauched, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for your help Steve

I have known Kim and Steve since I bought my first Mastercraft in 2006. These are the nicest, most accommodating people you could meet. Customer service excellence is outstanding! I bought my 2nd Mastercraft from them 12 years later because of the service, quality, and caring environment in which you place your trust when buying a boat and having them service it twice yearly. Mike is great at service and repair of your boat. There is only 1 place to buy a boat or have it serviced- Ski and Sports!!!

Best experience possible! Could not have been happier with my experience at Ski & Sports. From the purchase to the delivery very accommodating and helpful. The lift in my slip was not available yet so they put it on one of their slips and delivered to mine when it was finally installed. We are out of state currently so this was extremely helpful to us to not have to worry about anything. They just took care of everything. Love, Love, Love my new pontoon!

My dad flew into town for a few days to visit the grandkids and go wakeboarding on the 2015 Mastercraft X10 I got this year. After thirty minutes on the lake the recirculating water pump failed spectacularly. We were done for the day and figured my dad would not get to use the boat before he left town. We dropped it off at Ski & Sports - they were booked up but said they would work us in as soon as they could. Wow! A day later it was fixed (and at a very fair price) and I was able to take my dad out on the lake a couple of times. Great people and great service! Thanks!!

Poor Workman ship, charge for everything, crazy rude too. Will tell you one thing and do the opposite. These people are unreal.....I wish I would have known how shady they were, I would have never let them touch my boat. Ended up selling it because they made it worse! Do not use these people. They do NOT stand behind their sloppy work! These people have a bad reputation around NWA.
