“I use this Post Office once every couple of months & have always had great service. The people at the desk are always so patient with me & help me exactly what I need, quickly & and efficiently in spite of my complicated requests. Ironically, I’m pretty sure I was present in the building when one of these 1 star reviews occurred & the patron was so incredibly rude that it made me really uncomfortable just standing there. The employee at the counter handled the situation with far more decorum & restraint than I would have in the same situation. Moral of the story: there’s usually 3 sides to most stories…”
