Malicious company. The service reps at this store are very nice and attentive, but Pottery Barn Corporate is an evil money suck. I have no issue spending a premium for good furniture, but the customer service and order handling is abysmal.I applied for their credit card and I spent $7k on a couch and chair and I was very excited about my purchase until I found that two days later the two items went on sale for a total $850 cheaper. I asked for a price adjustment and I was refused, so I cancelled my order and planned on placing it again. It has been a week and I have received no refund so I called customer service. They said that in a week they'll be mailing me a check and, after they mail it, it will take another 14 days to arrive. I asked why they can't just refund my card and I was told that corporate can't do card refunds but that the location I purchased it at could. After calling this location, they say corporate was wrong and I have to just deal with it.In short, I spent $7000 on furniture that immediately went on sale for nearly $1000 less after tax. I was refused the sale price and I cancelled my order to repurchase. They say they will take a whole month from the cancellation to refund me, even though I'm using their company credit card. They also don't tell me this until a week after I cancel. This all ends with me not getting the sale price and also loaning Pottery Barn $7k interest free for a month.Don't shop here. Buy literally anywhere else. Lacuna Modern in Fayetteville is a nice alternative.

I love this store, it's beautiful and I've always received excellent customer service from the associates. I ordered a chair and a half in June of 2023. My order was complete and in the William Sonoma warehouse in mid August 2023, it is now the end of October and my delivery has been delayed, again. The warehouse has contacted us now 4 times stating they do not have an "extra" driver to make our delivery. We've offered to pick our order up, (a four hour drive) it's against company policy and they won't allow it.When we originally placed our order, our sales associate urged us to make all of our purchases in store, stating so many stores are closing because since Covid, everyone is ordering on line. I'd rather work with an in store designer, but obviously, this is a corporate issue, where corporate does not support the work the store employees do on their behalf. We have now been informed our order will be delivered on November 1, 2023. We not been offered any compensation or resolution, only the promise of yet another delivery date, and "we are sorry for the inconvenience". At this point, it's beyond "inconvenient".I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect higher quality customer service when purchasing a higher end product.Needless to say, we are very disappointed.

This has nothing to do with this location.DO NOT OPEN A POTTERY BARN CARD FOR THE REWARDS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO YOU THEM ASAP!POTTERY BARN REWARDS ARE A SCAM! I purchased 2 sofas and 1 chair and a half, totaling almost $6,000 and signed up for the “Rewards”. The sales lady told me that I would get just over $400 in rewards for the purchase. Today, I went to use my rewards and found out that they have expired, not even one year from my purchase. I’ve never opened a credit card and had my rewards expire within “180 days” of my purchase.I found out that they sent me my rewards in an EMAIL. I never received an email in my inbox. This apparent “Reward” email went to my junk mail and it wasn’t even from Pottery Barn - It was from “THE KEY REWARDS”.

This review is for both this location and Pottery Barn as a company. This location is a beautiful store, however the staff is not very helpful and their design team is minimally helpful. I would ask opinion and get a blank stare or a “well that depends on what you want”. You’re supposed to help ME figure that out?! You’re better off going to the store to touch and feel, doing your own research, and buying the items yourself rather than watching the design team add things to a online cart like you would on your couch. That said, I will NEVER order from Pottery Barn again because of the after sale….Pottery Barn as a business needs to be investigated. I had heard horror stories about furniture delays, poor quality, etc. and ignored them. We spent almost $10,000 on furniture on December 5th. After 6 weeks of zero updates, missing multiple “estimated” delivery dates, I called Pottery Barn’s customer service line. They told me the order update emails I should have been receiving were not sent and MULTIPLE furniture items were severely delayed. A quick ship bed I ordered, originally set to deliver 5 weeks out - was now back ordered, estimated to be delivered 8 months out. I cancelled it. Our coffee table - backordered. Our dining table - backordered. Then, I learned a dresser and dining chairs were sitting in a “delivery warehouse” in Memphis for weeks and they had (apparently) failed to contact me to schedule delivery. If I had not called, I don’t know I ever would have received them. Every single item (except two end tables and our bedding) were delayed longer than they estimated. One end table we received has a drawer that is clearly broken and does not open/close properly but at this point I will keep it because I don’t want to bother with this absolutely unacceptable customer service and reordering. The end table feels cheap.A jewelry box I ordered had corner damage and a stain on it. I exchanged it in store. They hide comments on their Facebook and Instagram of upset people asking for order updates. This is your warning. I should have listened to the online stories. Do not buy furniture here.

Great place to find upscale home decorations. Not the place for budget shoppers. Beautiful furniture but feels priced higher than expected.

Not enough designers, associates at counter were just talking. Was trying to purchase an entire living room, and TV room make over. Quite expensive to not receive help...maybe jeans, t and my chucks were a problem? Hahaha! I walked out with nothing...to only have problems ordering on-line.

Nice store, nice people, and nice products. But giving only 2-stars because of the frustration with actually ordering/purchasing furniture. We ordered a dining table & chairs in store on Oct 1st with a promise it would be delivered before Thanksgiving. Was originally scheduled for delivery Oct 29th, but then was back-ordered to December... Really disappointed because we'll now have to scramble to find a table for Thanksgiving...I don't see why furniture companies have such poor information about their inventory. This is probably the 4th time we've been promised a delivery date, only to have it be pushed back months. If they aren't certain about their inventory they should say so, instead of making stuff up to get a sale. Just really bummed...
