I went to Quest Diagnostics at the physicians plaza in Rogers. I have horrible anxiety about blood work because I feel like I will pass out. Cindy was my phlebotomist. She is Amazing! She helped me every step of the way and eased my anxiety. I didn't even feel the stick. If you have anxiety about blood work, Cindy is the lady to see!

I have had to come in several times at 6:10 a.m. and both employees are very professional and as friendly as I could probably manage at 6 a.m. Nue in particular works quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. I have had labs to be entered manually to 3 different out of town doctors & he just did it with a nice attitude with no sign of frustration. Keep him around!

Made appt at 6:10am for my 3 year old the previous day. Email confirmation along with text confirmation was sent and even one that morning at 5am. We arrive and did the mobile check in. We sit down even wait 15 min only for someone to tell he does not "stick" babies. That someone that does comes in at 9am to do that. However, even when she comes in she may not be able to find a vein and she probably will be referred to children's hospital anyways. Hmmm...One my daughter has good veins and just had blood drawn a week ago with no problem.He never looked at her veins before making that assumption/statement. Also when "she" comes in she more than likely wouldnt be able to so he already made it clear that my Daughter should probably just go somewhere eles. No where on the website or in any of the multiple confirmations did it say they could not take care of my toddler before 9am. So we woke up at 430 after her having to fast just to do this early. Not to mention driving out of town to there to be sent away! So if you have a kiddo please be aware that they can't take care of your child before 9am and are VERY quick to suggest you take a child elsewhere.

I went to the one in Bentonville first to have some lab work done. There was only a kiosk where you can check in, no actual person to talk to. Through the kiosk I was able to schedule an appointment. The earliest option was at the Rogers office, which is only a few miles away. The wait was about 2 minutes after check-in. The gentleman at the center in Rogers was very nice and friendly. They offered ways to save some on the total cost since we were paying for it ourselves. The blood draw was quick and it was overall a good experience. We were back in the car after 30 minutes.

AWFUL. My insurance covered these services and has been trying to communicate with Quest Diagnostics for months but it still has not been reflected in my bill. They have threatened to send me to collections because of this. AVOID THEM!

This place is not good for many reasons. We had an appointment for my 11 year old daughter to have labs drawn and the person drawing the labs had zero bedside manner. This was my daughter's first time ever having blood drawn so she was very nervous. The person did not even try to lend a smile or any empathy. They did not even walk her thru the process. I had to take over and explain what was happening to help try to ease her anxiety a bit while the person was digging around in her rolling vein. After what felt like forever she was finally finished. This place has zero people skills. There was not one person we walked by who acknowledged our existence. Here we are over 36 hours later still waiting on results to be updated. This place is a joke. It was much better when it was in house mercy labs.

I just had my CBC done at Quest on Rife. I had an appointment for 7:15 am and was back on my way home at 7:17am. The tech was really really good and extremely pleasant. I would recommend anyone to go there.

That place is ridiculous I waited for 45 minutes when my appointment was at 330. Everyone else that checked in on the kiosk after me got called before me and the people that work at mercy can't help you because quest is a separate entity. Even the mercy worker said I don't know what to tell you so I left.

Terrible customer service! Had to go their last Friday and they told me my Mercy Doctor didn't put the lab orders in correctly. They called the Dr's office to have them fax the lab orders. So, I had to leave. I did ask the Quest employee if they were affiliated with Mercy, after all, their lab is in a Mercy facility. The quest employee said that they aren't associated with Mercy, despite being in a Mercy Hospital. Next time, I'll just go to my Mercy physician's office.
