This is a “mom and pop” single story motel. The staff were very nice. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a refrigerator. The room is quiet even though there is a major thoroughfare next to the motel. Entrance is a little tricky but plenty of parking. No breakfast but the price is reasonable. We plan to stay again next time in Rogers.

We stayed here during the bb&bbq the rooms were nice . Comfy bed a the staff was great. I would definetly stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Stayed because of good reviews. Reviews were right on! Very clean and nice place to stay! Only negative is bathtub fixtures. I would definitely stay again!!!

I was very pleased with my stay here. I felt comfortable as soon as I got here. My room was clean, bed comfortable, staff very friendly. As a travel nurse, I will definitely stay here again.

I was very skeptical about this place when I first saw it and when I saw that it was a 3 star rater motel. However I needed a cheap quick place for the day. I was surprised how well put together the room was when I first we walked in. It smelled really nice and it was pretty clean!! I can't say that I have any complaints. The guy at the front desk was also very friendly. So if you need a cheap quick room for the day or night try it out. The beds are AMAZING. I took a nap and it was the best nap I had in years.....?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ⚠️Not at all a good experience in this hotel, i was staying here for a week and the owner made it even more difficult stay he was very unprofessional he doesn't know how to speak to a customer, he doesn't even respect a customer,he doesn't even know how to speak to customer, he will knock your door at anytime, there is no proper service provided,he doesn't even know how to speak to a lady customer, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ⚠️Be prepared to not get your DEPOSIT BACK without any reason ❌

Sign outside advertised rooms starting at $38.00 nightly. It was an emergency situation, after business hours. One of those rare situations when funds are limited until 8:00am the following day, but you are desperate for a roof overhead for your family. We just finished dinner at Cici’s Pizza a block or two down when we passed and saw the sign. With caution (incredibly low price (way to low for anyones comfort) we drove up to the office slowed but decided to continue. There was furniture outside the motel rooms out and n the parking lot…. Odd, guys with tattoos and well a bit scary looking sitting outside drinking beers. I don’t know but we sure didn’t slow down long enough to ask any questions.
