During the tornado, our former State Farm agent, who is located in MO, didn’t want to help and referred us to the Call Center. Instead, I called Rod. Even though he was extremely busy, he spoke with us and even followed up. He is great!! We recommend him. Thank you!!

We moved to NWA from the northeast and Rod and his team took the time to make sure we were not only covered with insurance, but welcomed to the region. Rod fully explained the insurance options available and talked us through what we needed and did not need. Could not recommend Rod and his team more.
