This is a good store for discount shopping. The store was packed and extremely busy with only three cashier's at the registers. That's why I gave 4 stars.

If I could give this a negative star I would. This store has to be the dirtiest store I have been in. I went in to find a kitchen mat to match the one I bought at my local store and they were out of. Stuff thrown everywhere and all over the floor. Staff was friendly but that isn't enough for me to shop there again. Should have taken pictures! I just wanted out of there. Ross, your name is on this store. You need to make changes!

I used to go in Ross often but after today I'm not sure itd worth it. The store was a compete mess. Trash everywhere and in carts as soon as you get your own. Bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet covers, no paper towels and overall not clean.

Depending on which store I shop in NW Arkansas. Some are very well kept others are like a yard sale - things all over the floor. Usually caused by children playing and parent not watching their kids

Most disgusting store in town. Garbage everywhere. Their trash is overflowing into the parking lot, and you can tell they don’t clean inside either. Trash all over the dressing rooms.
