This Ross is an embrassment. It looks like dump, or someone's closet throw up. I don't know how any one can say with pride, that this store is any type of order. I took my mom here thinking it would be a normal Ross, we were very wrong. Clean up this dirty store!

*ATTENTION ALL* Upon your entrance to the store, it appeared like the city was using the front entrance for disposal of all the trash within the town of Roger’s. Once you carefully tiptoed over the trash, you entered the building. At first glance, it appeared Oppenheimer had dropped his Atom Bomb in the center of the store. Clothes had been thrashed and thrown about. The rug aisle was unusable, as if Aladdin were frantically looking to find his magic carpet but could not find it. After quickly realizing I no longer wanted to be standing in the center of a crime scene, I made my way back towards the door. Just as I went to look at the cashiers, I slipped and fell after tripping over all of the fallen merchandise from the front of the store. Once I recollected myself, I took a gander at the workers. Surprised by the fact the store even maintained an inventory of staff members, it appeared that Loki used the mind stone to take control of the staff and make them look as unpleasant and as unhappy as they could physically be. Afraid and traumatized, I left the store. This letter goes out to all who dare. Be careful, and be smart. The last thing you’d want to do, is be caught dead or alive not only in the store but even in the vicinity of it. Good luck to the brave that choose to put their life on the line.

Absolutely filthy. Clothes and random items thrown everywhere with hardly any staff in site. Never cleaner anytime I go. Can’t even walk down some aisles.

The trash cans out front are overflowing and trash is being blown across the parking lot. The inside is completely chaotic. This store is the best example of poor hiring choices and bad management.

In Ross you can find the best brand, latest fashion for all at 20% -60% off department store prices. It just needs to be more organized. Specifically the kids toys section is very disorganized. It's really hard to find things there.

Never again going to this Ross had a horrible experience with the cashiers disrespectful to disabled people. I went today with my family members. And my sister and I were standing in line then our disabled gmom was pushing my youngest in her cart went to the other side because she was looking at the food they provided there. She got the snack she wanted was trying to get to the front were I was standing because she had my stuff in the cart. 2 of the cashier were telling customers in front of us that were attending others bad stuff about my gmom. But she kept explaining to them that if she backs up that she could get dizzy and fall. But mean while one of them was yelling at us to go the back of the line. Mean while I was telling her I was standing in line and she had my stuff in her cart. Then she yelled at me telling me she wasn't going to argue with me when no one was I was just telling her no one was cutting. Then she turn off her light and left when she saw it was are then and then came back to attend a white lady behind us. Idk if she was being racist but it totally felt like it. But the supervisor was nice enough to talk to me and told me she would talk to them
