“The owner Cole, at Dynamic Storage couldn't have been nicer to work with. He's very accommodating, helpful, easy to get ahold of, and the whole process was smooth. The 10x15 unit was clean and there were dollys and a lift to use for the move. When I had to add another unit, then a couple days later had to cancel, he refunded our payment for that 2nd unit!
I highly recommend this company!”

“Let me start by saying this place is super convenient and extremely clean. I've had 2 units here for a little while now and I am more than pleased with them. I have another unit with superior storage in Springdale that I definitely need to get out of as they are charging me almost $200 a month for the same size. This facility is way cleaner, much more lit up at night, more cameras, easier access, you can access it any time of day (the other place you can't get in after 9 or 10). They offer climate controlled and regular units with easy navigation even with a trailer. The manager of the quick and easy does a great job with communication and has helped me out a lot. This is definitely the place to have a storage if you must do so.”

“I have been a customer at Russell (now MyStorage) his 9 years. I have had good service, collect security, and fair prices on my outdoor RV storage in those years. I typically paid annually for the storage lot. I sold my RV at Labor Day and requested a refund for the 4 months remaining on my storage year. The good folks at MyStorage were kind and refunded the extra months. Thank you! It was great working with you.”

“I wish I could give more than five stars to this specific U-Haul location. The team here is incredibly easy to talk to, extremely thorough, and genuinely helpful.
To be honest, I’ve had some very poor communication and frustrating experiences with other U-Haul locations—independent and corporate alike. Customer service can be hit or miss. But the 8th Street location in Rogers truly stands out.
They made one of the most stressful times in life, moving, feel much smoother and more manageable. Their professionalism, clear communication, and kindness made all the difference.
If you’re debating between locations, I highly recommend choosing this one. Even if you have to drive a little farther for a unit, pickup, or drop-off, it’s absolutely worth it for the ease and comfort they provide.”
