I kept telling myself that I wouldn't go back in there, and there are certain beauty products that I love from Sephora. However, the staff make it really difficult to even want to go in there at the door, you are immediately greeted with a look of disgust, as if they are judging you from head to toe they make it very obvious instead of just having a good genuine smile on their face and saying welcome to Sephora, the immediately look you up and down then they say it, but their smile is very ingenuine. If you even begin to look at something by yourself, they get very offended they say, can we help you with something but they don't say it in a kind home they say in a very negative tone like why are you even here do you even know what you're doing? What is going on? A lot of times I will just respond with. I appreciate the offer for the help but I'm just gonna look right now because I'm not sure exactly what I'm wanting. I will be harassed by probably at least five or six more people after that. It's weird to me that they have try me stickers on so many different products but as soon as you gotta try it, and you get a disposable device to try it with, someone will come up and tell you that you shouldn't touch that or do you need help with something they act as though you're stealing something when in fact, you're just trying to try something so that way you don't have to return the product. The last time I went in there was a couple days before Christmas and my daughter wanted to get her friends some lipgloss. She needed three of them and so we went up to the checkout area that has like the travel sets and sometimes has trios of lip products and stuff, and we were just looking at the prices. I told her to pay attention to the prices before she picks something out so that way she would know if she could afford it and all we were doing is picking them up looking at them. She was smelling some of them and the lady saw us just walk in. We had nothing in our hands she saw us walk right in New. We weren't ready to check out and blasted her voice over the little shelf and said, can I help you guys are you guys ready to check out? She knew we weren't. She knew we had just walked up to that area. I grabbed my daughters hand because she felt embarrassed because she knew exactly what was going on and I've worked in retail for many years and I know the tricks that they use to try to get people distracted if they think that they're trying to steal and it was clear that's what they were doing. this was the final straw that will keep me out of this for a Rogers location permanently. I really wish they had better attitudes. I really wish they would stop acting like the make up that people try either when it has a Trimi sticker on it, or beauty product is theirs personally, and that we are somehow being inappropriate by trying it. I really wish they would start hiring some more genuine people. Maybe the fact that they hire people who have very large egos is not the best route to go. What's funny is that I know a girl there that is a part of a spiritual program and I thought for sure she would be kind and loving and patient and she is so far from it. It's ridiculous. The reason I felt the need to get on here. It's because I know I've spoken to so many women that go into that store and say how annoyed they are because people follow them around and tell them that they're using the product wrong and that they don't know what they're doing that the shade is too dark or light but they don't do in a kind way. They do it in a very disrespectful like you're an idiot way. They tell me all the time that they order online or they are now grateful that there's a Sephora location inside of Kohl's because now they can go there and not be harassed or disrespected.

I haven't worn makeup in a long while and Abril helped me in the most patient and friendly way I could have ever imagined. She let me explain exactly what I was looking for and helped me in foundation color and concelor. She was honest with me and didn't just try to sell me a product to make money, She honestly made my experience so great and I couldn't have asked for a better person to have helped me. I also got help from a man who helped me look into the Anastasia eyebrow thing and showed me a life saver, it was legit the best time to have help from the employees and have such an amazing experience. Thank you.

Last time stepping into this store. I have a store credit that could only be used at this location. Could not be used online or at the Kohl’s location. Waited in line for a while before leaving to grab another product, then waited again. Had someone approach and ask if I was checking out. I said yes and then she walked away. I waited for another few minutes before putting the products on the counter and leaving. Both times the girl at the register was taking her time talking to other girls and not calling for backup. **I went to Ulta in Fayetteville (where it was just as busy) and I was able to get the help/guidance needed. Long story short, ladies- if you’re looking to spend your money after a long day at work, without a full face of glam makeup, go to Ulta. They will treat you so much better there.

So this store claims that they can ticket you and deny you service if you park in a spot they labelled as for online shopping only. Just want to highlight that legally, the store cannot do this, this is a public parking area for all promenade shoppers. If you're asking me to park elsewhere, then you're asking me to park in front another store to come and shop from yours! Do you think the other store will complain? They can't, because they don't own the parking spots!Thanks for Ulta being in promenade, who needs your service anyway?

My daughter had her makeup done for her wedding. The makeup artist was very meticulous and also listened well to what my daughter wanted. It turned out beautiful!

My friend and I went on Oct. 28th for the Beauty Inside event. We were standing there and I decide to open up a concealer my friend was already going to buy. I was just looking at it and this worker lady came over and was so rude about me opening up the package. I told her that we were already going to buy it, then she proceeded to inform us that there were testers and if I wanted to try out, I needed to use those. Then she just walked off.Incredibly rude for no reason. If you don’t know the situation, then you should ask the person. Not just assume you know your customer is doing. By doing what you did, you made it very awkward for us.

Great place for higher end makeup and beauty items. Wife loves the place and I've gotten most of my colognes from them.
