Our Cadillac was at their property for bumper repair. The car should have been completed in a few days. But because they never get jobs done in time, our vehicle was parked outside on their property and was crushed by a tree. They lied to us saying they didn't have insurance to cover it but would pay our deductible. But when it came to paying, they left us hanging. I would think twice about doing business here.

Kenneth and Lance worked on my parent's RV. The price was much less than other quotes they had received elsewhere and it looked brand new. Quick repair, easy drop off and pick up, excellent communication, and just overall pleasant people to be around. Also, Greg deserves a shout-out too. You do awesome work, Greg! Thanks everyone!

Waited, waited, waited. No one acknowledged my presence. I was totally ignored, so I left. Poor, non-existant service. Found another collision service with good reputation and known for its friendly, helpful service.

I got to give this place a 5 Star!!!! I came in here about a yr ago,had problems with my windshield leaking. Luke was the guy I was dealing with,he took my truck and put tape around the window.2 weeks later I took my truck to get window replaced at safe lite. When the guy took off the tape it pulled the paint off the roof!!! Oh no So I called Wednesday and Luke was like bring your truck in will fix it. So I took it in his word was solid, they fixed it no charge. Plus had a running light go out ,asked him to fix that problem also thinking I'd have to pay for it. Picked up truck from shop today he's like no charge!!!!! Definitely will go back if need be

After a hummer backed into my car in the parking lot where I work, I was worried about how much time it was going to take to get estimates, paperwork, insurance, etc. I called Superior, made an appointment, went in and gave them all the information and the hummer owners insurance info. They took control and took care of everything! Superior called me when the parts came in and scheduled a time for me to drop off. Enterprise was there to take me to their location to get a rental. The work was completed in the time they quoted. When I picked up my car, they explained everything they did, it looked like new!! They had detailed out the car, it was beautiful! I hope I don't get hit again, but if I do, this will be the only place I go! I highly recommend Superior!

Got rear ended and brought my truck here because it was on State Farm's list of "approved fast track" shops. These guys are a joke. No one is detail oriented. Wrong parts ordered multiple times delaying the process. LED tail light bulb wasnt ordered at all. Inside portion of tailgate wasnt fixed when I finally went to pick it up. Had to wait another 2 days. Will definitely take my complaint to upper management. Tried to smooth things over by putting a "nice" exhaust tip on my tail pipe. Just save yourself some trouble and avoid this place.
