They leave a lot to be desired as a safe bank, I do not recommend it, it freezes someone's account without it being my problem, otherwise their inefficiency has taken away my access to my online account, they do not return my money and they do not give me any explanation.

Gabby was of great assistance to me when I was in a bind. I don't know the other girls name..she speaks Spanish but she was rude as hell to me. Thank u so much Gabby you are a great representative of Simmons bank. The other girl doesn't need to work in customer service. Period.
