No issues! I've been there almost 2 years with one small increase (unlike the last place I was at, that kept increasing substantially every 4 months the last 2 years; after being there 6 years). Grounds are maintained; as well as your privacy.

Worst service EVER. I went to make my July payment in person and was told I wasn't in there system and my unit was being occupied by another person and my stuff was removed. I showed my receipt and ran home in a panic to get my keys. Got back...thankfully my things were still there. I was told I'd have to sign a new lease agreement so they could put me back in the system giving me access through the gate again because I was locked out. He (Jack) also graciously informed me he'd waive any "fees" since I'd already paid them the first time.

Snapbox in Rogers The customer service is top-notch. It is a quick and easy process to grab a storage unit. And it's ran by a couple of great people.

Snapbox on 24th St in Rogers has been amazing to work with so far! Mike is friendly, easy to talk to and work with, and he has helped me with finding ways to save money on my unit while not trying to pressure me into buying their products. Mike and Jake were both very helpful when I signed the lease today and both very tolerant of my million questions! I highly recommend this storage facility!
