SnapBox sold out to some company called Go Store It, and since GSI took over, they've doubled the rent and parking. Good luck getting a live person, and the fact they let one of the best employee they could have ever wanted. So, since me and my husband are on the road currently, when we get home time we will be moving to another storage company.

Facility is nice, but has started to decline in recent months.
I moved in because they were offering $41/mo for a 10x15. The rent for the 3rd month has increased 73.18% to $71/mo. They aren't even indecent enough to raise the rent ridiculous amounts after initial contract is up. Smells like a con job. Im moving out. If a rate is offered then that's the rate for the whole term. You change it you lose the business.

I rent a parking Spot, always running late to work due to gate never working, you can hardly get anyone on the phone. Do not rent from this place.

Outrageous price increases. Mine doubled. Great way to run people off. I was told this would happen when Go stor it took over. They are known for this plus want everything done online and hardly ever a manager there to help out.

Rv unit has been without power for 3 weeks now. No one answers the phone. On days that the office person is supposed to be there, office door is unlocked and no one around. The only way we received a call back , is when I chatted with someone on your web page. After reporting our issue, no one returned our calls. Unit is still without power as of 6/30/25. I did not accept your insurance as I showed proof my homeowner insurance would cover my rental unit. So you raised everyone’s rent, as you do every 6 months, to do upgrades, but that has not happened neither in the past or present.

I never had an experience with a business like this one. Incredible customer service , easy to under stand paperwork . Snacks and drinks available to customers and guests. Easy to read map of the facility. It was quick and easy I recommend leaving all your storage facilities and bring your stuff there !! Never in my life ... have i ever had service like i recived today ! God is good !!! I consider myself blessed for finding this place !!I wish There where more stars to give them they highly deserve them. Im so happy right now !! Please visit this place !! This is what the world needs people like them .... it would be the happiest place.

I found the Snapbox website very helpful in determining which storage facility I chose to use. Beyond that, Debbie at the Rogers, AR location was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. She went out of her way to answer my questions, show me the units and to ensure that I received the best service.
