I decided to splurge and buy a couple of “nice” bras for the first time in forever. The sales people were nice. HOWEVER, I ended up spending over $75 for two bras and I’ve owned them for less than 6 weeks and they are falling apart! I wash them in a lingerie bag and I lay them flat to dry, but the quality is clearly lacking. I tried to return them after a few weeks because of the problem and they refused to do a return because I no longer had my receipt even though they could look up the sale with my credit card. Never again. Astronomical prices for quality that is worse than Walmart or Temu.

I had the absolute best experience today with the employee named Starr for two reasons. First, I am 27 years old and this was embarrassingly my first bra fitting ever on my own without my sisters or my mom present. Starr was knowledgeable, patient, and overall helpful with helping me narrow down exactly what I needed for sizing & comfort. Second, I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. Starr offered clear, non-stressful advice for my changing body without an ounce of judgement. I cannot wait to go back to this Soma location once my baby is born, so that Starr can help me find the perfect nursing bra.

I had the BEST experience I could have asked for. I finally found bras that fit and work for me. The ladies were so helpful, understanding and amazing. I have had a really hard time trying to find bras that work for me and they helped me get that today. So grateful for their help!

Today I was in this wonderful lingerie store. Which I recommend 100%
It's been a long time since I had such a nice shopping experience...it reminded me of my people from my native country.
The 3 wonderful women who were serving were super patient with me because of the language, since I speak Spanish and very very little English.
His attention was 1000%
Your empathy is so nice!
The atmosphere in the store is very nice, the place is super clean.
They are very careful with all their clothes.
Also if you are not sure of your size, they will help you perfectly to feel super comfortable.
I will surely return!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your attention.

I had an incredible experience at this store. I haven’t been sized in over ten years and I feel more comfortable than I’ve felt in a LONG time in my new bras. The woman assisting me was so incredibly helpful, but I never felt pressured. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered online,totally got the wrong size!! Ms Vance sized me to get the correct sized. She is GREAT! Love they take time, reminds me of old time personal service ❤️❤️❤️

Jennifer was SO incredibly helpful and attentive during my fitting and brought many great options for me to try on. All of the other staff were courteous and helpful as well. Overall a great experience! The quality and comfort of the bras and underwear are worth the price. If you need new undergarments, and want some attentive help, this is where you should go!
