I went in to Staples for passport photos. Staples is the only one that has the right equipment and measurements for international passport photos, they were very fast, friendly and efficient. If you need good quality photos, that won’t be returned, this is the place to get them.

The employees are nice, but the bathrooms are filthy. It's like they haven't been cleaned all week. I feel like I need a penicillin shot after using it.

Stood by the checkout for 10 minutes. Nobody at the registers and the guy at the photo desk couldn’t be bothered to look up at me standing there. The only one actually doing anything was the Amazon drop off woman who was four deep at her counter and she still tried to help someone with a pick up order. Needless to say I put my stuff back and left.

Heads up. If you buy a printer from them be prepared to get the extended warranty. They only give a 14 DAY warranty if anything goes wrong. Not one year, 14 days. This is a rip off IMO

Had selected to return my Amazon package at this location. When I got to the store, a sign displayed that they were unable to process Amazon returns currently. When I gently went up to an employee to ask what I should do since I selected this store as my return location he rudely phrased his question, “Well according to Google…”. I don’t appreciate the sarcasm of their employees, especially when a customer asks a simple, cordial question. Ridiculous. 7/20 @12:50pm

The store entry was dirty with leaves and debris. Needed to fax a document. Lady in the department didn't acknowledge us for several minutes; trash cans were full, lots of stuff on the floor; didn't know the code to operate machine for fax and had to go find it; no smiles; just went through the motions. We called ahead of time to ask for the cost for one single sided page. Was told $1. After fax sent we were given an invoice for $2.15. Just thought they should either know or post prices. Sorry Staples...this was not easy.
