The man that helped us said he worked there a long time. He knew nothing about the Toyota Sienna we were looking at. Never offered us a pamphlet. Checked Google for questions which I had looked up. Admit you dont know and get us the help needed. He had to run in to get a card to give us. There was no way we were going to talk financing. Off to Joplin

Service was fast and friendly. Honest reps that did NOT try to sell me anything I didn't actually need.
Update: I broke down out of state and when I called for help the rep I talked to told me how to get my car there without having to tow it. They fixed it for me the next day without my having an appointment. I couldn't be more pleased with the service department and would highly recommend them!

As a family we have given this dealership business since 2010, and now that we have an issue, I have asked for a free diagnosis- they have not been accommodating. Given that we have purchased 7+vehicles here, (and we have referred 5+ family members to successfully purchase a vehicle) a little more options should have been offered. Will no longer be loyal to landers. Danny did ALL he and this multi-million dollar company can possibly do. I very unfortunately put them out for asking them to help us out with a free diagnosis on a vehicle we purchased here.
If purchasing a vehicle here please double check all your paperwork and make sure to call them on your service plan bc they are way too busy to call and check up on their customers. Even ones who have been loyal for 10+ years. #pathetic

For many years I heard that Landers Toyota in Rogers was the best place to buy a used car and their service is 5 star. I contacted them when I saw the car I had been searching for was available. Bryan Huddleston contacted me and set up a test drive. Bryan is a great guy very helpful great personality and made the entire transaction very easy. I’m a widow and this was the first time making a big purchase on my own. I am so happy I chose Landers and Bryan and the entire team were so caring just like family. Bryan had the car detailed and it looked like new. I had a question after my purchase and Bryan contacted me right away and answered my questions. I couldn’t more happy with my purchase.

I just purchased the 10th Toyota we have owned. We purchased 5 of these from Landers. Esteban Vanegas was my salesman. He is the best! He helped me decide the various options available that best suited me. He was not pushy, and very professional! He explained all the new gadgets and was extremely patient. He told me to call or come by if I had any problems/questions. Today he called to check on me and see if I had any questions. He is the nicest car salesman I have encountered.

Took my Prius into service this morning . Had a little trouble with a door “ clicking “. The service gentleman said , just pull the car right in here and we can fix you up “. Right then and there , with a few tools he fixed the missing bolt and we were on our way. As nice as you could ask for . We did purchase the vehicle there but he didn’t even ask ! Now that is service with a smile . Thank you service gentleman with the fringe on your jacket ! We will be back for another purchase .
