I’m a little late on writing this review, but it’s only cause I’ve been having way too much fun with my new 4Runner! If you are in the market for a new or used car look no further! Head over to landers Toyota in Rogers, AR and they will make sure you get the best, most reliable, and stress free car-buying experience. I want to especially thank Trinidad “Trino” Rodriguez for taking such good care of me and my family through the whole process. Needless to say I’m very antisocial and get anxious even ordering at the drive through, however Trinidad made my car-buying experience feel nice and comfortable.5 Stars all day long!

I selected five stars because my sales associate, Nigel Treat, and other supporting employees gave me five-star service. I especially appreciated Nigel’s informative, thoughtful, and courteous communications. I quickly developed trust that Nigel and others were genuinely trying to help me make decisions that lead to the best results for me. I do not respond to high-pressure sales approaches, and I felt comfortable with Nigel’s helpful style right away.

Barry Richardson is the only car salesman that I will deal with. He so helpful with my last car purchase. He made it quick and easy to get the car that I wanted. He has also taken very good care of other family members who have purchased cars.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Julian in the past 3 years. There are closer dealers to where I live, but I would prefer to drive a little farther to get the amazing deals, customer service and just an all around good experience. Julian is a true professional. He has definitely earned my business anything I might need in the future. Great dealership.

Ask for Felix! He was simply amazing! I always dread the car buying experience. But Felix made it super easy. We actually didn’t buy a Toyota. Felix never pressured us to look at other vehicles, he allowed us to do the research and explore vehicles at our own pace, and was always available to answer questions. This was a very low stress experience, and we ended up getting the vehicle we were searching for, within the budget we were seeking, including warranty. I have no other experience with this dealership, but Felix set the bar pretty high and I would purchase another vehicle from Felix.

Excellent experience all around. Our sales associate, Manny, was friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed all our concerns and made the lengthy process as simple and transparent as possibe. The whole buying experience went beyond my expectations, even with Josh as we were wrapping up. I would certainly buy here again.

We bought a vehicle in July and after a few months realized that it wasn’t what we needed/wanted. We had also purchased an extended warranty, and I am happy to say that after trading the car at a different dealer, our warranty was cancelled and the majority of the warranty cost was refunded. I would hope this is standard procedure, but appreciate it being completed in a timely manner.

This review is for the service department.I have been taking my vehicle there for 10 years.I have never encountered this dissatisfaction before now. They did a complete brake job 2 months prior and it took just as long.I had a 10:45 am oil change appointment.I arrived on time and checked in without an issue.12:00 pm I started wandering around to locate my vehicle.I was standing in the service advisor area waiting to ask about my vehicle.The advisor gave my ticket to another advisor apparently my vehicle was finished.Here’s the issue I have.When they returned my vehicle it was quite hot in the car. Being a warm day it seems it had set outside after service was completed.I was charged $90 for the oil and filter and inspection?Apparently they no longer have a complimentary car wash either.I will certainly shop around for a truth in advertising cost of a simple oil change.Not sure I will return to Landers.

my prius dashboard lights came on. ANS and Brakelight. I call the they gave me an option of getting a call back. That never happened. I called again and got a person who said they would look at it. I pulled into the service bay. A guy gave me a ticket and I ask where to go and all he said was through those doors. I walked in and sat down. after all most an hour I asked if they were going to call my number. They desk guy said no that's not what they do. He took my ticket with the number and said he would be right with me so i sat right behind his desk. Twenty minutes later I went back to his desk and he looked surprised picked up the ticket and asked if I had an appointment. I explained my situation and he said it would be several hours before they could get to me. They should have asked me that first. Then I said I couldn't do that and he said they would bring me my car. I walked out to the service bay and my car was sitting out in the parking lot with the flashers on the windows open and my keys on the dash.Anyone could have driven away in it. I just left. Piss Poor customer service. No communication. I will never go back.

I truly value the service level I get from Landers Toyota NWA each time I bring in my vehicle. They listen to my needs. They explain what they plan to do and then they call after a technician has diagnosed the problem. When they call, they share the estimated cost and get my verbal approval before doing the repairs. Lake was extremely helpful this last time, but the whole team delivers amazing service. Thank you for all that you do.

Great experience and customer service. Nigel Treat made sure to take care of us and was not pushy like I have experienced at other dealerships. He made sure the vehicle was what we wanted and then took the time to explain everything to us. Really appreciate him and the rest of the crew and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been bringing my vehicle to Landers service department for over 2 years. Some mistakes had been made, although I don’t think they were made by Chris. However, Chris is the person I addressed them with. He listened to me without dismissing me, he was kind throughout the entire process, and he treated me with respect. Ultimately, he went extremely far above and beyond to rectify the situation and make me feel like I was being taken care of. I went in feeling like my family’s safety was of no consideration to Landers, but Chris made sure that I knew our safety was a priority. Chris should be commended not only for his excellent service, but also for being a kind and decent person. He has earned my loyalty. I’m so grateful to see a level of service that I have never received any where else. Thank you Chris and Landers!! I will not forget this kindness.
