Well, let's talk about this place and their unprofessional staff. Do not believe the bunch of false reviews put up about this place.I contracted with Storage World in October to store my boat. Never mind the fact that when we signed up and started paying before we moved our boat in, they gave our unit to someone else.After we brought this forward that we were paying for a unit and they had to provide one, they gave us another unit. We left our boat from October until March 30.When we went to pick it up, we found the someone else's stuff stored in front of our boat. You can see the trash and AC units on a pallet in the pictures. You can also see the address from the units.Despite seeing this indisputable evidence, the 'manager' of the units insisted that no one had access to the unit and no one could get in. That was clearly false.This place my look nice and new, but it is run unethically by people that don't have the values to tell the truth. This is based on the facts.I would recommend you get your stuff out of this place or do not use them. The only explanation I can find for the issue at my unit was that they are 'sub letting' units they know have room in them when they suspect that no one will come by and check on them.Terrible people, terrible management.

Very clean facility! The owners and staff are very helpful and kind. The units recently had a price increase and are on the high end in cost. It is worth it though, because the units are top notch.

Very very clean facility with lots of different units to choose from. The process of getting a unit was very easy and straight forward and the lady working the front desk was very nice and showed us the unit we were wanting to make sure it would accommodate all of our items. Very impressed.

Great customer service! Answered all my questions and got me set up with the correct sized unit to fit all my stuff. Definitely going to recommend to my family and friends that need a safe and clean place to store their stuff!
