Do not recommend for Teslas. They do work on the cars, but were unaware/negligent of taking care of it. The quality of work, communication, and professionalism were all above average. However, when I dropped off my model S they estimated two weeks for repairs. Unfortunately, they chose to communicate more with progressive about the necessary parts than me. There is no lien holder on this car and progressive was only involved as this was a comprehensive claim from tornado damage. But it isn’t progressive’s car to decide if they want to repair or replace parts, it’s mine. In my opinion, I should have been given the option to risk coming out of pocket and ordering parts as soon as it was determined that repair wasn’t possible. Instead there were weeks of back and forth that I wasn’t privy to. The job ended up taking 36 days which is not nearly fast enough for the two parts that were needed. My even bigger complaint is that they let the car die. I dropped it off with 60% battery. When I noticed it approaching 0%, I asked that they use the charger I provided. The next day when I noticed it was at 0%, I told Levi the car wasn’t receiving power even though it was plugged in. He proceeded to tell me it was plugged in (which I knew based on the text it sent). Then he told me it was “dead dead” meaning the low voltage battery had also died because of incompetence or disregard. Absolutely unacceptable. If you’re going to accept thousands of dollars for your labor, the least you can do is provide the most basic care of the cars they are entrusted with. Hopefully they use this feedback to read a manual or take some classes on electric cars to better serve future customers, but I won’t be going back.

Place is an absolute joke. Racked up a bill doing unnecessary repairs to get more money out of the insurance company, couldn’t fully repair the vehicle, had it for 7 months, and left the vehicle sitting outside with no windows or sunroof and damaged my interrior and wouldn’t fix it. Vehicle shouldn’t been totaled for what they billed the insurance. Save yourself so much time and money and take your vehicle literally anywhere else other than superior collision center.

Took my vehicle to Superior Collision shop in Fayetteville, Ar. and could not have ask for a better experience. Both Chuck and Josh handled the complete process flawlessly. My truck looked great and I could not be more proud.

Took my new car in to repair a scratch and dealt with both Luke and Josh. They both had great customer service And gave me options. My car looks amazing amd to top it off, they detailed inside and out. 10/10 recommend!
