Tmobile lied to get me into a upgraded plan. Paying more with the promise of a free upgrade every 2 years. Well turns out you just pay more and no free upgrade.

Chad had the best customer service and he helped us with our home internet issues. He was very patient with us as we had to deal with the customer support line. Strongly recommend this location!

I went there within my 14 day period to trade from the S23 plus to the ultra as I had so much trouble just within the 2 week period. They said Id have to drive back home and get the box ,then they called said they didnt have that phone or my husband's that I needed to go elsewhere, well I went to the Main store on Walton and they took exceptional care of me. Wont ever go anywhere else.Dont deal with a 3rd party store go to Walton.AND I DIDNT THE BOX!!!

Best service hands down. Went to another T mobile and they would not help us. Went into this store, and they handled everything professionally and solved our issue. Great customer service

I came in and worked with Shay Rosas and she helped me understand and lower the bill, got me better service, and helped me formulate a plan for me and my employees to get on a plan with great service. I would recommend working with Shay to anyone considering TMobile as their internet and/or phone provider. Thanks!

Apparantly there is a difference between a corporate store and a non corporate store. Wife and I had one of the poorest customer experiences in this store that I've ever experienced. I was so overwhelmed with the attitude of the staff & management who couldn't seam to understand the only thing keeping there doors open was the fact that T Mobile has such a large number of stores currently closed due to social distancing. We went to the Bentonville store on Walton, what a difference. Corporate shirts, great attitude, place was full of professionals trying to help customers. The Pleasant Grove store is actually doing more harm to the image and brand building of T Mobile than they could possibly be worth.

Bait and switch- poor customer service. My entire family switched to T-Mobile at this store. The sales associate did a great job that day. We felt supported as we undertook moving five lines and buying 2 new phones. The phones came with free (via rebate) air pods. Come to find out it was one free per account so we had to return one of our kid’s Christmas presents. NO attempt was made at the store to rectify. Their associates LAUGHED IT OFF!!

I am dealing with an issue from February in which I was told by the manager it’s not his issue to fix but another store. The other store manager was fired. The Assistant Manager at the time was transferred to this store and has been trying make it right but they don’t have money in their budget to fix it right now. Manager directed me to go back to the original store and give documentation. Accountability was put back on me that I should have taken it up their leadership chain to get it fixed. Wow! My evidence is the Associate manager’s testimony but I guess that doesn’t mean anything to a company delivering on their associates’ commitments. Oh by the way I was out on hold when exposing my situation without notice. I guess we will see what their Regional Manager has to say.

This guy's need how to treat a costumer . Ask for help . They were busy in their phone. Laughing . don't recommend this place if you have. An issue with your phone.

Everything told by salesperson blake was wrong. We constantly drop calls. Service is spotty in the Rogers/Bentonville area especially out by the airport and out by Beaver Lake. Remember the age ol "can you hear me now?" from sprint? Yep, you guessed it, it's this way in the NWA area. If you're going to use your phone you better stay in one spot or the call will be lost. Also, If your traveling forget it. The service area through South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Texas we all had issues where there was no service, and our phones displayed a message that our phones were not connected to any service. This meant we could not use our phones for anything GPS, internet, phone for miles.
