This store was absolutely trashed in every department. Merchandise strewn everywhere. The men's apparel was literally unstoppable. The line to the self check outs was super long so I went to a regular register and was behind a customer who was trying to price match something and I literally stood there for over 5 minutes while the cashier scrolled through different websites to try to find a lower price while there was a line of 7 people waiting. I got out and went back to the self check out. Will not be returning here any time soon.

Was told today that the dressing rooms were closed due to short staffing despite the fact that there are employees everywhere stocking clothes, sorting clothes etc. Ridiculous!

Was waiting for my drive up order MORE THAN AN HOUR to just be told I had to come inside and pick it up. The whole time I was watching them and they were so unorganized and rude.

Placed a pick up order and was in the area so I wanted to see if it might be almost ready and called the store.
First the phone rang and rang and rang until it disconnect three times. When I did finally get someone on the phone she was incredibly rude. I know you are supposed to give them two hours to get your order ready and was fine that it was too soon but not fine being talked down to in an incredibly snotty tone.
Whoever I talked to should not be working with the public and if I can avoid it I will not ever go back to this Target.

Horrible customer service! I ordered AirPods on target.com for pick up at this location. When I went to pick up they had cancelled my order because they were “out of stock”. When asked why I was never informed of this before driving all the way there I was told it is not their problem. I then went to the electronics department and asked for a pair of AirPods and was told they have them in stock. When asked why they cancelled my order when they were in stock I was told it was a glitch. The manager was absolutely unprofessional and no help what so ever.

I literally have some form of PTSD from working at this store. It’s been 2 years and I absolutely cannot stand to shop at any Target store even to this day. I used to be a “team lead” and wasn’t supported by the “higher ups” because it was a boys club and women weren’t as respected. It was insanely stressful to the point that I dreaded work because my job depended on the support from other team leads and executive team leads, which I wasn’t getting. Working there is all about “politics” (store politics and networking) and less about actual hard work and dedication. They care more about “stats” than guests’ experiences, especially with fulfillment (online/drive up orders) than they do the guests in the building. It’s disappointing to see the shift in priorities. I’ll go to Walmart instead.

The store was very well stocked and the cashier was very pleasant. Things were a little disorganized throughout the store but you can expect that during the holiday season.
