My Apple Watch was paired to a previous version of my iPhone. This store did an amazing job of researching the issue, fixed the issue and called me to pick it up so I could pair it to my iPhone. What way to make my Friday Awesome!
The crew that works at this store and manager are not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and are so committed to doing what is in the best interest of the customer.

From an older repairman's viewpoint this business is stellar in both technical and customer service. They went above my expectations in both regards. They worked overtime without extra charge and came through with an excellent repair in Rogers AR. highly recommend them for their work ethic.

These guys are honest to good people. You can count on them to take care of your needs if they can make it happen. I have taken my phone in the past to recover photos and called them recently after years to get advice on a phone that had gotten stolen. They are a gem we want to take care of for years to come. ?? thank you for everything!

Had a problem with charging port on IPhone 10. Turns out it was dust and debris in the port. They could have charged me and replaced the port but were honest and only charged me for cleaning.

They broke a wire in my phone to cause my power button to not work and they messed up wiring cords spent damn near 600 dollars and they basically didn’t do nothing but give me faulty parts piss poor establishment

Some delay due to suppliers defective parts. Once a quality part arrived, phone was repaired and functions perfect.

I called at 5:45 pm for my phone was flooded with water, and wanted to do a cleaning. The service person took all the details on phone, and I was able to just drop off at the drive through, saving at least $10 Uber.
Similarly, he provided me with an update on call, so that I can pickup the phone via a drive through and save more money.
These guys are gem at heart! My phone was unable to be fixed as more parts were required, but I feel they did an awesome job trying and explaining the complications.

Very satisfied with this company. I had my camera break and since my phone is a Motorola product than it has countless options for parts. Through their diligence they found the correct camera and helped me with my Phone Fix. Totally Satisfied, but just like Tow Truck operators hope I don't need you again. If I do though I know who to call and where I'm going to get it done. Thank you again to you and your team.
