Most unorganized management ever. I will never rent another storage unit or truck from U-Haul again and i will make sure to share my experience with every single person i know and urge them to stay away from U-Haul as well.

The staff were personable and proactive in helping me get the truck and car hauler returned. Very nice! Parking lot was large and easy to maneuver in also.

12/15 Abby was able to extend our reservation for us from the glitch in the system - thank you guys again for making our move so easy and worry free!!
12/13 James, Tamara, and Damian were all superstars today. A scheduling glitch happened and our reservation was thankfully moved from another location to here for a hitch install. James (our installer) came back in to install the hitch for us. Damian and Tamara were helpful and informative throughout the entire install process for any questions and made the pickup and install a breeze. Very thankful they were able to squeeze in a hitch install and a trailer pickup on such short notice for a glitch in the U-Haul system that wasn't originally at their store.

We really appreciate James and his help! We booked our reservation online last minute after a reservation with a different company fell through. We called to confirm and James was extremely helpful and ensured we had a truck before a cross-country move. Within 15 minutes the truck we needed was parked and waiting for us.
He was professional and kind and helped us navigate a stressful situation. Thank you James!

BEWARE DO NOT USE!!! RENTED A UHUAL HAD IT FOR JUST THREE HOURS AND DROPPED IT BACK OFF. MAYBE WENT 40 MILES. NOW TRYING TO CHARGE ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS SAYING I KEPT IT THREE DAYS AND TOOK IT HUNDREDS OF MILES AWAY IN OK!!! This is a scam calling the attorney general.

We have used this location twice and there always nice & professional. The trucks are clean and run well. You can count on U-haul to have lots of moving supplies as well. Highly recommend them!

U-Haul was booked multiple times in multiple cities. The first one was canceled and was booked in Tulsa. The auto transport wasn’t ready when it was requested nor was it coordinated to be dropped off in the correct locations in Atlanta. Had to drive multiple places after I told the rep where I wanted to drop it off. I would stay away from uhual in general for long term moves. Moving help is a waste of money because the movers cancel and show up late.

I visited this location for a hitch installation on 07/29. They took my car, and after two hours, they informed me that they could not install the hitch because there was rust on the frame. I understand that, based on their policy, they cannot install a hitch if they find any rust. However, they did not inspect the car before starting the wiring. After completing the wiring, they checked the car and stated that the installation could not be done based on U-Haul's policy.
I waited there for over two hours and was charged for both the wiring labor and parts. I am left with no hitch and useless wiring. To make matters worse, the owner suggested that I buy the hitch and other parts from them and then take them to a mechanic for installation. I feel that I have wasted both my money and time.

I reserved a 10ft truck at a Bentonville location through the mobile app. The next day I was contacted by customer service and told I would have to go pick up a 15ft truck at the Rogers location on 8th street which is way further away from my home. When I arrived at the uhaul in Rogers on 8th street, I was told by the employee that I would be charged $1.16 per mile! Not only is that overpriced, but I was also forced to bring the uhaul truck back to Rogers at the same location. I did not pick that location originally, and I was forced to pay for the 40 miles round trip to that location.

Zero stars. I returned the truck on Sunday Aug 4th. They didn’t check it in until Tuesday the 6th and they charged me $300.
The whole experience from picking up the truck in Georgia to returning it it Rogers was the worst. Every step of the way was a surprise after surprise, and not good ones. These people are either deliberately dishonest and criminal, or just the stupidest, laziest, underhanded group I’ve ever experienced.
