I recently bought three Morphe micro brow pencils, two of which turned out defective. My return was smooth, however when I went to buy another product, the male with so much acne and long nails seemed to want to put his two cents in to his coworker. He said to double check the product (even though I showed them the defect), because I could've been lying about them being defective. Right in front of me AND his two customers. I buy these products frequently, so why would I lie about them?

Great store. Disappointed. Came to do a return at 8:50pm. Granted they close at 9pm. I open the door and it's locked with two employees standing at the door and one walking away. I get back to my car two minutes later, as I'm parked directly in front of the store, and I see all 3 employees standing at the door until the clock said 8:58pm and yhe filed out one by one. Another walked out at 8:59pm and I assumed it was the manager, he walked out at 9pm. I've worked retail, so I get wanting to ne done with the day and with the public but honor your store hours.

I shop at Ulta for most of my hair care products even though it is a little pricey sometimes but they are great about doing returns if you aren’t happy with a product! I was disappointed with my visit there today because I was going to get Redkin shampoo and conditioner 2 for 32 dollars as advertised in their magazine. When I got in store the sign said 2 for 35 at display in front but back where they have all hair products there was more with a sign that said 2 for 32 ? I asked cashier about the price difference and also told her the price in magazine and the two different signs in store and she checked with the manager and I was told that the cheaper price was a misprint…May have been a misprint in the magazine but someone had to manually put the sale price on product in store so that’s not a misprint! Take the dang sign down or honor the price!!!!!!

I've had my hair done here multiple times, wanted dark ash blonde and the stylist dyed it almost black! Then the offered to fix it so they had to bleach it therefor damaging my hair further. I then went back to get a root touch up and the stylist left the bleach on the roots too long and it was way to light so she decided to bleach the rest of my hair so it was all lighter when that's not what I asked for because a very pale blonde doesn't look good on me. One lady on the floor offered to look in the back for a product and disappeared and clocked out! So unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this Ulta to anyone.

For the most part its like any other ulta. It was kinda hard to find someone to help me, and thats because their wasnt alot of people. But when i finally found someone, she was pretty nice. Overal an ok expirience.

Me and my friend, along with her older sister got SECURITY called on us today. We didn’t do anything suspicious and as we walked around chatting and talking about different products, one red haired employee kept eyeing us. My friend’s older sister put her few items down on a shelf to go back and use the bathroom. As she went to the bathroom the employee followed her back there and called security and asked if they were allowed to take their bags into the bathroom?? Are we gonna just leave our bags for someone to steal? When the older sister came back to us as me and my friend were looking at the ELF section this security guard kept eyeing us. We asked him if he needed anything and he said nope! Later when we were IN LINE to check out he came up to us along with this man in casual clothes walked up to us. The guard said “you know there is cameras here, so if you have anything now is your time.” Mind you we all had no pockets, me and my friend has two open lulu belt bags with nothing in them, and the older sister had a bag on her bag which has 2 bibles in it. Nothing ended up happening but we called and the manager was super super sweet and apologetic. Don’t hate on the manager or any employees here (everyone else was so so sweet) , it was just that one red haired employee.

Took my mother here to purchase makeup and beauty products, and the cosmetic sales lady who was in her 50s, was extremely rude and unhelpful, and shouldn't be selling cosmetics as she had sharpie marks all over her face and didn't look competent in beauty herself.

I am not gonna tell anyone to try ‘ULTA’. I have very bad experience to my haircut. I went there for signature haircut, I asked them which haircut suits me and I just wanted volume and layer cut but she just cut my hairs from down in just 1 inches not in layer and did some included deep conditioning mask for 3 minutes and directly blow dry my hairs she even told me that you will see layers also after blow dry goes away, she didnt gave me any kind of suggestions as I was new to signature haircut, I thought signature is like stylist gave you suggestions according to your hair texture, face shape nd al but she fails to try Ulta from next time
I m not even able to see any kind of layers in my hair after blow dry goes away it’s just same as before frizzy and without any shape in my hairs and I paid 57$ for that
I m regretting it now ?
