Gemma did two of my daughter's hair color. She did an absolutely wonderful job. They showed her what they wanted and as she was choosing the colors to use she was including them on it all. They both left beaming with joy and exclaiming "I LOVE my hair so much". Thank you, Gemma.

5 stars is not enough for my stylist, Katie Harms. She listened to me and was so understanding when I told her my hair is thick and will take much longer than normal. Im always so happy when I leave. She is a genuine rockstar with cuts and colors

The Cashier Giselle is representing Ulta unprofessionally by being uncivil. Her form of “working” should not be held anywhere near customer service if ulta wants to keep growing their business. She must be corrected before attending any other guest.

Products are way overpriced. I n large bottles of hair shampoo and conditioner, then salon prices but luv that you can get all u hair needs in line place and tip of the line stuff .shipping to u house is free if something is out of stock over a certain amount .

New to the area. We (my wife and I) went in yesterday with our 8yo daughter. Let me start by saying they have rudest people working there, from the store manager to employees. They didn't acknowledge us, even after knowing my wife was walking all around the store looking for something. When my wife finally approached the manager and asked for something, he said "you can order it online"... lol like what? When she asked for another item, a different saleswoman walked up and stated “we don't have it and have been out of stock for months, check Sally Beauty or Sephora”. It’s obvious they are not doing inventory and ordering new products because sure enough Sephoria had plenty… and Items my wife normally purchases at Ulta… they were all out of; shelves pretty much empty. Even leaving the store, our 8yo daughter stated how rude... you know when it's coming from an 8yo it's the truth. I strongly recommend you skip this location and go directly to Sally's Beauty or Sephora not only based on Ultas staff recommendation, but you will receive much better customer service and they actually re-stock their shelves. This store needs new employees to include management ASAP.

I go often and usually get stuck with Erica being my cashier. She is so rude/annoyed and constantly rolls her eyes even though we don't interact beyond what we have to. She gives some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I asked about few products for my curly hair. Was told a certain hair brand was great took it home tried it used it once an did nothing for my hair made it look very dry.

Never have I been treated so disrespectful at Ulta. I could get zero help. The store was pretty quiet. Workers talking to each other. I asked about MAC products as I am running low and was told I should probably use a different brand due to my AGE ! I walked away, and the girls were laughing at me. How embarrassing! I spend between myself daughters, & gifts about $1000 a year. I will never shop here again. I will go to Sally's where they won't shame my age. I've gone between both stores for years because they both carry different brands, no more! Shame on ULTA.

I went to Ulta to buy some makeup. I had a long-list of products that I needed to replace. I had hoped that someone would be able to give me advice and suggestions. I walked in the store. There were two cashiers behind the counter and no one was on the floor. I walked around a bit hoping that someone would offer to assist. I ended up walking out empty-handed. I imagine that the shoplifters are having a field day in this store!

I can't wait to try this new powder foundation (I haven't worn foundation since before the pandemic) and this scalp and body scrub smells/feels delicious!!! The employees, in Rogers, are always so helpful and sweet even though they are always busy on the weekends.The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting the new Multi Peptide Eye Serum....already sold out. Thanks to Ramona for being a customer service rockstar ?
