Customer service is nice and my visits are always quick and easy but the black guy that works there has a staring problem and I didn’t even engage with him just stands there in the back and made me uncomfortable

Lynette assisted me with my shipping needs on this particular visit. She was outstanding, personable, competent, and efficient in her role.

I arrived at 3pm. Didn’t know they closed at three. I simply needed a box and to pack my items. I already had everything ready to pack and go. Five minutes is all it would take. The Asian lady was nice and polite. The middle aged white woman working got an annoyed look on her face when I asked if they closed. The Asian lady told me she would stay no problems and send the other woman home. The white I started to say that would be great and the grumpy woman rolled her eyes and turned her head so I just said I’ll take it somewhere else. I’ve worked in the service industry for 20 years and trust me. It doesn’t hurt to give a customer 5 minutes after close but the B here thinks otherwise. Don’t come to this location. Especially if you need help.

100% useless non english speaking employee botched my Amazon return and now I'm out money plus a trip to this aggravating, small tight busy parking lot, fail of an outfit. Oh and last time I was there the younger white girl had a real snotty attitude. Guess it's hard to find good help or most likely the management sucks.

I sent two packages same product and expensive too. I asked the person that I wanted them both in one box together to send out and that person declined and told me it was going to be fine. I told them that they were expensive and that person took pictures of the product and told me not to worry that they were going to be delivered just fine. I believed them and now I'm having to take a loss for one of those products. They lost it at the ups store where I shipped them from, only one made it to its destination and now there saying it's my fault for not repacking them together when the declined to do it. I trusted this company but I guess they steal your stuff if they like it then refuse to pay you for what's it's worth. Worst company ever so don't trust them or there employees cause there a bunch of thieves.

The black guy over there was not happy to help when I needed help. When I needed their Wi-Fi so I could send my Doc to print he wasn’t happy he wrote it and gave it to me as if I’m asking for something big and tiring. When I told him the password was incorrect he just went on sighing and ignore me. So I just walked out because I was there and it’s like he didn’t wanna help. Not even a hello and welcome how may I help you.!
