Too busy or something. Problems with the system. Often always different workers waiting on me so they aren't familiar with issues of getting the Rx passed through to process. Many many months of trouble.

The pharmacist continually give my husband a hard time about his pain pills. His time to refill on sunday. They not open on sunday. Pharmacist told him he is gonna make him come back on monday even though he will run out this weekend. My husband is 61. He lives in pain This is not right.

If I could leave no stars I would! I had a prescription called in from the ER at Northwest last night at around 6:pm. Went to pick up the prescription this afternoon, nearly 21 hours later, sat for an hour in the heat in their drive thru line, only to be told they haven't even got it ready. "Come back in 30 minutes." Seriously? How long does it take to scrape a few pills into a bottle? Called the manager and he says their 4 days behind in filling prescriptions. Worst customer service ever! Think I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone I care about, either.

They were backed up and doing their best to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately there were some very inpatient people and they were lashing out at the Walgreens associates. They way the staff handled it was professional and compassionate. I give this store FIVE STARS!!!! Thank you for my first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.

The pharmacy is backed up because we're in the middle of a pandemic! The people behind the counter are working their butts off and don't deserve to be treated like crap! I dislike waiting in a long line just as much as the next person but somehow I manage to not act like an entitled brat

Was on hold for 50 minutes then the call ended. My script was filled incorrectly and I have been trying for two days to talk to someone. Not thrilled at this point.

COVID Test FAIL!!! They ASSURED me that my COVID Test package would be sent off the day I took the test (FEDEX'd) as the website said. After checking back...the PHARMACY HELD THE TEST FOR OVER 24 HOURS!! Why is this important ... because in order to travel to Hawaii, you must have Test taken w/in 72 hrs of arrival AND test RESULTS BACK before boarding. So here I sit...4 hours before boarding in Minneapolis airport and can't get a COVID Test. NOW I have to QUARANTINE FOR 10 DAYS..... because they did it send off the test!!! FAIL.

I made an appointment to get a Covid vaccination for my son. The staff was extremely slow. I had to stand in line for a half an hour just to get the paperwork to fill out for the shot. Once he got his shot they neglected to give him his vaccination card, which we had to go back for later.

Haha yes a pharmacy, why am I yelping about a pharmacy you ask? I tell you why, sometimes they do get behind thats normal. But they are always super friendly and always there to answer any questions. But they are not only a pharmacy, they have the best little gifts in there you could ask for. I even found toilet paper there last year when I couldn't get it anywhere else. Go inside and check the place out, you will be surprised of what all they got. Go now, pay them a visit, and bring me one of them little ice creams out of the freezer.

I always come to this Walgreens. My personal favorite WG because the staff at this location are very helpful and pleasant. Good manager, and staff working together to provide great customer service. Associates wearing masks correctly, hand sanitizer is provided, and the store was stocked with everything I came for. I also love that they have bilingual staff! Great job Walnut St Walgreens.

My insurance company likes to make filling my prescription super difficult but this pharmacy works with me to the very best of their ability to get it sorted to some degree every time. I appreciate their friendless and hard work (shout to pharmacist Kirsten and tech Amanda who always help me)

There was one car in the drive thorough at 9:00p.m . I was going to pick up a prescription they said would be ready by 6:p.m I waited behind the car until I finally decided to go inside. Completely disorganized . My prescription wasn’t ready. The lady who waited on me said they were understaffed and it was crazy . I am Picking up completed prescription the next day . The last thing a sick person or a person with a sick child needs to go through is that kind of frustrating experience. I’ll never go back .
