Rude and unprofessional individuals working the window. Will slam curtain in your face at precisely 7pm while complaining about being underpaid. I wonder if it has anything to do with your horrible attitude? Please treat your patients with courtesy. If they are at your window, they’re probably not having the best day already.

Excellent pharmacy with extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate staff. They are very proficient in all that they do for their customers. Would not want to get scripts filled elsewhere.

If I have a question they are ALWAYS willing to help me. Yes, sometimes they are out of stock...but not very often. I am glad Walmart keeps this store staffed properly and takes care of its customer. Thanks

Pharmacy Department Techs don't know anything from their left and right hand. Very unprofessional. I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a not so friendly tech. I showed her my ID and said it wasn't the correct one but it's the one I've always used. She then gave me an attitude while rolling her eyes "I'll just look it up". As she was looking it up, she advised me to drive around and go behind two other cars because she was helping them which didn't make sense because I was the one in front of the window who she was suppose to help. I drove around behind the two cars, and a new person was at the window. So we started the whole process again, and this time this person found my info, but quoted me the wrong amount. I stated to her that I have the prices in my phone for each Rx. Her response was, it's the wrong amount and insisted the higher price. I advised her this is coming from the insurance company themselves. I was especially perturbed because the inhaler I've used for years never had an out of pocket. Insurance is the same, and no changes in my plan. Instead of researching it she got really frustrated and quoted me the higher amount again with a stern voice and deadly look... I drove off feeling really disappointed because I called another local pharmacy and it definitely WAS NOT the price Walmart Pharmacy quoted. Train your employees to be better please.

I went to ask if my new eye doctor had called in my eye drop prescription. John the pharmacistIndicated that he might not let me have them since my Ins may not pay because it is too soon.I said I don’t have Ins.Than he said than I’am more likely to let you have them.Are you going to with hold my drops, you know what that will do to my eyes.At that point he picked up something you measure with and said this is how much you should be putting in each eye.I told him I have trouble sometimes getting the drops in right He did’nt seem to care .I really thought he was not going to let me have my drops. I was sacred because I have glaucoma and it is very painful if I don’t have my eye drops.I don’t feel secure with someone who would threaten to withhold medication that helps keep a patient eyes healthy longer. Glaucoma is a very serious problem. I live with the fear everyday that I will go blind.So shame on you John for making me afraid.

As much as it is closest to my home.. it is often out of stock or just does not offer items at almost every other Walmart. Big or small. We have lived here for 4 years. I need Gluten Free foods. This store keeps eliminating gluten free options. Sooooo frustrating. I have asked the manager on numerous occasions to get Freshetta Gluten Free pizza. ALL the other stores stock it. I have been told they would "get on that" or once was told space was an issue!!! ONE PIZZA SPACE! There are at least 10 spots for Sams Choice. Seriously. A clear example of not caring. That's just one example.

Went there today. Took me 10 minutes to find a parking space. You need to figure out what to do with Torchys customers parking in the neighborhood market parking lot.

Terrible customer service. They forgot to fill my prescription and then expected me to pay the cash difference because of an insurance timing issue. The manager is extremely uncouth and rude. She advised me to stop taking my birth control for a month because her pharmacy messed up my schedule and proceeded to toss my prescription in the drawer without addressing me or letting me know I was okay to leave. I would recommend going to CVS or Walgreens as this is not my first issue with Walmart Pharmacy. Their text reminders are inconsistent and oftentimes don’t occur. I wish there was a “0/5 star” option for the manager’s lack of customer service and basic human decency.
