My go to grocery store. I go because it's close to my home and if I need something and don't have time to go inside to shop I can shop online and can pick it up or have it delivered that's same day. I also love the fact they don't hover over me. I don't like to be messed with when I am shopping. They is one thing I don't like is everyone that is doing the online order don't share the aisles with the others, they don't seem to care to get out of anyone's way. They are mean and don't appreciate anyone. There is no apology or anything. Otherwise I love that store.

Horrible and rude customer service when trying to return a broken product I literally purchased less than 2 hours prior. They were short and sluggish all the way up until they saw I had adiscount….(I am guessing bc they realized I am a fellow employee )then it was fast and easy. That is very sad that they don’t serve with a smile and try to be that helpful all the time with every single customer. As how a customer is treated when they have an issue will have an impact on whether they choose not to continue using Walmart retail services

Today I passed 21 associates in the store. Zero of the associates made eye contact, zero of the associate's greeted me, zero of the associates offered any kind of help, zero of the associates treated this customer as number one, zero the associates show respect for the individual, zero of the associates made this customer feel as if they cared.
I know Walmart will not bother to respond or show they even care by contacting me. But this ought to be a glowing example of how they are becoming Kmart and that should be concerning. But I know they were not care as evident by this type of treatment it almost every Walmart I go to now. Many of their employees just no longer care about the company or the service they provide.

I have no idea why the pharmacy drive through and grocery pickup is not just for pharmacy customer's. I waited 45 minutes and still had to go inside. To be fair this was the day before back to school. Walmart get it together.
