Automotive department is a joke. I bought four tires and the warranty on all of them. Every time I have had an issue, warranty doesn't cover it, buy new tires. Come in for a "free" tire rotation, low and behold, the tire is "bald" (nowhere near bald) and I need two new tires again. I could have put a kid through college with what I've dealt with from this store. WILL NOT COME TO THIS AUTOMOTIVE CENTER AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this auto center. When I came in for my appointment, it still took three hours before they even started on my car. I had an oil change and a tire rotation, and now, two months later, I got a flat tire. When I went to put on my spare, I realized they never put my lock nut key back in my car.
Now, I’m stuck having to get a tow truck to bring my car back to this Walmart—where, luckily, they found the key. Surely, they must have noticed it was missing after I left, yet they never called me. On top of that, they didn’t offer to cover any of the costs. Terrible service.

2/17/2025: As embarrassing as it is it turns out I reviewed the wrong Walmart so it was not the S 8th St Walmart but the Pleasant Grove Super center. I physically came out here and spoke to a staff member who was kind and tried to help Thanks Steve in customer service desk. However nothing can be done either it gets delivered today at 5 pm or I have to cancel my order. I don’t have any more money for groceries and that refund will take several days to receive so I’m stuck. I understand Walmart uses a 3rd party system for Spark drivers and currently having an issue with having enough drivers and being short staffed. But I paid my Walmart plus and my groceries it should have been as easy as switching it over to in person so I could have physically left with the things that I already paid for. However I can’t now and I either wait for wait longer. I’m very angry and sad.
2/16/2025: Currently extremely frustrated, I put an order this morning to receive delivery between 5-7pm it is currently 10:28pm. There is no update, I have called multiple times no answer on any option, I try using the app to chat wth someone yet the app isn’t working? It’s all very odd and frustrating since it had no issues charging my card or the items I requested. You reading this may think well why didn’t she just go, unfortunately I’m sick and in bed. I’m not well enough to go out and about plus who wants germs being spread about that’s why I ordered. This isn’t the first time there has been a delay but never like this. I’m extremely disappointed and discouraged.

We love Walmart, and shop here at least once a week. Today, we grabbed our cart from the lot, loaded up the babies, and then stopped by the bathroom before we shopped. Once we finished, the cart was gone! We heard someone talking about collecting the carts while we were in the restroom. Some people have the carts out there for a reason!
We also came today to purchase a book that was $9 less than the competitors based on the app’s prices, and come to find out at check out, it’s actually the full $20 and they wouldn’t honor the online price ($11) sold by WALMART?? Make it make sense. Very frustrating trip today.

It would be a nicer store if your associates near the registers were not on thier cell phones when they are supposed to be working.yes they all stand around getting in your personal space playing with thier cell phones. Look like a bunch of zombies

Automotive is AWFUL. Waited over 2 hours for them to tell us they couldn't repair our flat, wouldn't sell us one tire, they wanted us to buy 4 tires. Our tires were already BRAND NEW with 2/32nds of wear on them. What a joke. Nice try on trying to screw me over. SHAME ON YOU for screwing other people over I'm sure.
