I’m so thankful for Brian Crowne, and everyone else who brought this vision to life for Northwest, Arkansas. The caliber of bands that they bring, the professionalism of the team members that work every show, and the plans they have to make this area better is top notch... but the beverage gouging... wow.It is horrific how much you are charging for drinks. Horrific. Also, why is it mandatory that you have to add a tip to every transaction? You literally have to select either 15% 20% or 25% tip just to check out. Why isn't the first question do you want to leave a tip? I'm already paying $17 for a canned beverage which cost less than five dollars at the store. And when no one is literally doing anything for me because I am walking through the line grabbing the drink and checking out myself why would I leave a tip? It is as close to stealing from somebody as you can get.

Great venue but…. Bought a fast track ticket. But that didn’t help bathrooms line time !If you REQUIRE handicapped parking get there very early. There is simply not enough parking up close for the handicapped population. When closest parking fills you are sent up a hill for additional parking! Baffling set up for that.

Didn't see your show but was right outside. The gate. Looks very convenient to be dropped off. Also some super cool transmission standards in the area. It's probably bringing all the amps to the amp.

Great venue. Felt understaffed for drinks and concessions but it was cold so maybe they weren't expecting the same turnout. I wish they were more clear with the various ticket options and included pictures of the VIP or "underground" lounges etc. I often pay for upgrades but couldn't really tell what I was paying extra for. Maybe someone can help with that who has done it.

I spent $50 on two 12 ounce margaritas. It would be nice if prices are reasonable or even posted where you are selling things.

Amazing experience, easy parking , safety measures that were put in place kept my mind at ease. The band 3 doors down and the opening band candlebox sounded phenomenal and took me back to my teen years. Everything was clean, and organized, and the food and drinks made it all the better. If you have not attended a concert at the AMP , you are missing out. I really liked the fact my ticket and upgrades were digital which created less hassle.

It was a hot July day that wasn't very enjoyable. We were on the lawn and rented chairs, $10 each and had to stand to see anything. Waste of $20 ,bucks. As everybody stood up in front of us. Water (20oz) was $5. Beer (24oz) was $13, plus tax. Tax used to be included before ,and smallest size was 24oz. It was warm before you finished it, unless you drank it fast. Food was expensive as usual. $5 for fries, nachos, popcorn, up to $15-$17 for burgers, wraps, pulled pork, and pizza. Glad we ate at home before. Had a decent sized chunk of watermelon ($3.50) could not to eat it with a plastic fork, (NO spoons or knifes) It was hard to try and eat, so threw it away after a few bites. But the lines to the concessions (for drinks) were fast. The food lines were several minutes long, so I guess high prices make for shorter lines. I don't know why they have to gouge their guests. We went to see ZZ TOP, which I thought was the headliner. They played less than the scheduled 90 min., according to stadium staff. Plus 30 min between each set made it a long hot night, which wasn't much fun. It'll be a long time before I go back there. Until then, I'll keep going to smaller venues. Fort Smith, Eureka Springs, Springfield, Tulsa, and Kansas City have great music in smaller atmospheres. We will continue supporting local live music in NWA, as we see live local music about once a week.

The amphitheater was great. If you have seats instead of sitting on the lawn then there is shade to block out most of the sun. The area where the seats are is pretty large for an amphitheater. It's actually very beautiful. The stage is set to where from the seats anyway you can still see the stage. The big screens have a clear view as well. And the crew working the cameras does a fantastic job of occasionally blending in the main act with some of their musicians in an artful way that is beautiful

Had a great experience here seeing Lana Del Rey. One of the best concerts of my life. Clean venue, respectful crowd, friendly staff and really great sound. Almost any seat has a great view here.I highly recommend getting the AMP Underground add-on if you’re seeing an A-list performer. The general admission line for Lana was well over a thousand people deep when I showed up an hour before early access, but I only had 10 people in front of me getting into AMP. Having a lounge area to chill before and after the show was great. The two included drinks nearly covered the cost…Like most concerts, getting out was a mess. I parked nearby and walked 10 minutes, but driving and parking on site would have been much more difficult. Just be careful, many nearby lots have no parking signs and will tow.Little known fact, but you can bring an empty water bottle in… if you’re waiting in line for a show and it’s hot out, do yourself a favor and bring some water. A few people got sick waiting in the lines for Lana without water. Keep the bottle and fill it up in the amphitheater, if you wish. The only other thing I’d like to see improved was buying tickets. I know Lana crashed the site because of nearly 60,000 fans jumping on, but choosing tickets was confusing. It wasn’t super clear or user friendly when picking a seat. Prices for the same section varied wildly and I just took whatever I could get because time was ticking and most fans weren’t even lucky enough to get a shot, so I can’t complain too much.
