Regions online customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! Best day was changing banks to a small, community bank! Regions supports everything woke!

On a scale of 1 to 5 I'd give the politeness level from the representatives at the counter about a 2 1/2. As a local business owner I would never do business with a bank that charges a convenience fee of all things for my workers to cash their check at my bank. Similar to Bank of America this company will never get my business again. Convenience fees in my opinion are one of the least convenient things a bank can do and all it does is build resentment from people who lose part of their harder in paycheck simply to get their money out of the bank. I know regions has been around for a while but I can't imagine their business is growing very fast from my recent interactions.

Out of all the branch locations I've used for our company's transactions this location is my favorite. Service inside is great everyone is happy, helpful and quick. One thing that boggles my mind, and this is at every branch location I've been to, is when you use the commercial for businesses you taken care of last. It doesn't seem to matter is your was the first to arrive and only have $5 deposit. It always seems that the standard lanes supersede any businesses using the commercial lane. Why this happens I have no clue but it does and it become a little annoying when is happens over 10 plus locations I have used. All in all if it wasn't for the level of service you receive in the lobby, you would not was to see my rating.
