The quality just isn’t what it used to be and the warranty covers very few items. I brought in a broken item (couldn’t have been more than $50) that I’ve had less than a year but the return policy is apparently only 30 days. This would be fine for cheaper prices but why pay a premium for the same quality you’d get at Target? I only ever hand washed this item so this wasn’t user error but rather cheap manufacturing. So disappointing that they don’t stand behind their products.

Owner is nice enough and tried to help once alerted, but there is zero support for wedding registry. They pretty much drug me over to one of their computers and had me look at what’s available online. I could do that from home. The other reviews are correct about the staff here - unhelpful and dismissive.

Was disappointing they didn’t have a flour sifter in stock. But otherwise a lovely store with helpful staff.

I purchased online matching dinner and appetizer plates on October 31, 2022. Salad plates and napkins purchased in store. Received the dinner plates then January 17, 2022 Williams Sonoma cancelled my appetizer plate order. I called Customer Service and was told they could not fulfill my order nor could I return the dinner plates. Very disappointing customer service. First they sold me items they did not have in stock then waited months prior to letting me know all items on the order would not be sent. Now I have missing pieces for my place setting.

First time shipping in store with them even though I'm a credit card holder and fan of online shopping with the retailer. It was beautiful. I wanted everything!

I am disappointed in the company refusing me any options for return/exchange or store credit. It was a current in stock item that was not discounted. The return was just days past their policy limitations but they would not waiver for a regular customer even though I had an unexpected surgery. They didn’t respond to my e-mails either. Very poor follow up and customer care.

Policies mean more than customer service here. Had a gift receipt, which states return policy no where. Shortly after the supposed "holiday return" timeframe and wouldn't even allow an exchange. What's even more disappointing if the manager didn't even have the courage to come explain it herself.

Pretentious and unhelpful.This is my third bad experience at this particular store.I made an online order 3 weeks ago. Been getting the runaround on one of the items. So I went to the store to see if they had it. It’s a Christmas gift and today is December 21. Need it now.Today: took a bit to get someone to help me out.Lady said they were out but the display was available as it didn’t have a blue tag saying it’s display only. So she said she would cancel the online order and sell me that one. So far we’re happy.We got the item down and went to the register where we ran into a problem with, I guess she was the assistant manager?That lady said she couldn’t let the other lady sell it to me even tho it wasn’t marked not to sell. She said she had talked with the “manager” just this morning (isn’t that good timing) and he said not to sell anything that was the display.One employee says yes then another steps In and says no. Way to NOT take care of a customer.Understand, I’m not dressed like the other yuppies in the store. I am clean cut but was wearing a Cheap Trick tee. If I had on the uniform, khakis & a dress shirt, then it probably would have been a different story.Guess the wife will get a picture and hope the online store delivers. After the fact.Pretentious and extremely unhelpful.

High quality kitchen tools, but didn’t appreciate being charged an extra 20% for shipping an item that wasn’t available in stores which we were told would be charged even if we did in store pickup. Couldn’t react quick enough during the transaction to stop it, so had to request the cancellation of the transaction.Don’t think it’s the fault of the employees in the store, the system doesn’t seem set up for them to provide a top notch customer experience going so far as requiring them to call a support line for help with the system.
