Absolutely love this branch. They know who I am before I even pull into the drive-thru and they 9/10 times know what I want before I say a word. I won't bank anywhere else.

Walked in there yesterday to talk about a loan. We stood there and waited. They just looked. Went to the one one N. Arkansas and talked to Joshua. He was excellent. Good at what he does. Very professional and friendly.

While I can say these people are extremely nice as they are TRYING to answer ANY question beyond “can I deposit this?”… BUT this bank has some of the most incompetent staff of any bank I’ve ever used as well as the slowest at waiting on customers. When you have 5-8 people working it should not take 20 minutes to cash and deposit checks in the drive through. Just save yourself the hassle, go to a better bank.

Have done business with Arvest for years. Tellers and other staff are always polite and friendly. HOWEVER.....and it's a big one.....customer service by PHONE is horrible.....absolutely horrible. Over the years I've had occasion that I had to call them and never have I been connected with a service person in under 8-10 minutes....never. Have registered a complaint on 3 occasions and requested a supervisor call me back as I hate to fuss at a person that has no control over the situation. Have they ever called me back????? NOT ONCE. Every time I have to call them I swear I'm going to change banks....but it's such a hassle.

ATM ate our cash and we were told that they were aware of the issue and have had to file several disputes today but have not put up any traffic cones to close the lane to the ATM because “it still makes withdrawals.†VERY unhappy that they allowed— or helped facilitate— this to happen. An honest business would close the lane to the ATM if it is broken.
