Stopped coming to this location due to poor/rude customer service. You're MUCH better off going to the corporate/retail store on East Main instead of this third party store.

Went in there for help with my Face ID the worker was no help whatsoever and could have done a lot more.The next day I figured it out myself and called to tell the person how I solved it.she didn’t even remember me coming in and said I must have gone to another store???? Then after me telling here what went on when I was there she remembered…

Had one of the best experiences at this AT&T store. Don't even think about going to the other store as it is just a waste of time. I tried the bigger one in town first and I was met with some of the rudest customer service I have ever had, but I walked into this store and felt immediately welcomed. The kind lady working was very informative and knew her stuff. 100/10

I bought an Apple Watch and a new I Phone from this place and asked them if I changed my mind about the watch could I give it to a family member. They said sure just bring it to us and we will help you. Well three months later I wanted to give it to my daughter since I only used it a few times and she said that she would use it daily. We drove there and there were three employees working and they told us we would have to go the store that is over a 2 hour drive from where I live. Do not buy anything from this store unless you can take it somewhere else for assistance!
