The best experience we have ever had and never had been in and out that quick. Glad to be a AT&T Customer. The girl who waited on us needs a raise and should be an advocate on how to treat customers. She was outstanding.

After the 500 bill I received after switching to their First Net account and all these activation fees I was not told about I want to give 0 stars or negative ones. I'm about to jump ship to Verizon ASAP

Manager MARCO was incredibly rude, dismissive, and impatient. We purchased a brand new iPhone 15 Pro in full on Saturday. The female employee on 4/20/23 rushed us out of the store resulting in a locked apple account. 4/21 we went in again to fix the issue when MARCO repeatedly cut my grandmother off not allowing her to explain a thing. He did this to me and threatened to call the police when I demanded he let me speak. He used foul language to my grandmother in front of my 3 YEAR OLD CHILD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LITERALLY ANY OTHER ATT&T STORE.

I went in to get some help as I've just switched from t mobile the other day and I guess t mobile messed up and only temporarily unlocked my phone so I didn't have any service. A guy came up to me and asked if I needed help, I said yes and told him what was going on and he told me I'm just going to have to call t mobile myself.... How am I going to do that with no phone service?? I left, I'll wait until 10am and I'll go to the other AT&T. Adam is very helpful, this guy was not....
Will not be going back into that AT&T
I highly recommend going to the one on north arkansas.

I cannot give it lower than one star. This place is ridiculous. Ordered an upgrade phone and got the wrong one in the mail. I had to send it back. It has been over two weeks since I sent it back but nothing and they are charging me for a phone I don’t have.

Regarding my recent experience at the AT&T store in Russellville. The service rep was pleasant and friendly and easily helped me work through my issues. I feel good about the interaction and positive regarding AT&T's desire to help me with my communication needs. Like most people most my life issues involve the use of a smart phone.

Went to at&t store 5 times to sign up for cell service, I'v been using att for 20 years, and they were completely uninterested in my business and unhelpful to say the least ! They are only interested in trying to sell you a phone for a thousand dollars! I went to Boost Mobile and got unlimited everything for $25/ month. will never mess with at&t again!!!

The young lady that helped me was awesome!!! (I will ask for her every time). She answered all my questions, went the extra mile to help me with unrelated (not what I went in for) issues I had. I never felt like I was wasting her time. And she never made me feel bad for taking her time.We are missing this special customer care out there and she renewed my faith in the fact that there is still great customer care.
