“The associate there greeted me at the door and asked me if I needed help. Showed me where to look for and suggested what would work, then explained to me how to use the part. This was much better service than I received at the other parts store where the associate just pointed me to where I needed to go and told me to see if there's something that works for me. They surely were not in the "Zone " that day. If you're not sure of what you need or what you're doing I would go to this place first.”

“Over all they do a great job, minus one tech there everyone else is very friendly, listens to you when explaining things and helps you through your stressful time. I have taken 2 vehicles here for repairs, first time was great...fast forward years later and my second time was still good, minus the fact that my chief complaint with my vehicle was not even looked at nor addressed. After speaking to someone with cogswell about my experience I was honest with my review and also made a point to alert her of my issue that wasn't addressed. I was assured the manager from there would contact me and here it is almost a week later with no response. All in all I would give 5 stars but seeing that I'm still having an issue with suspension and the plastic grill piece on my bumper that was caused during my accident were not repaired I'm giving a 4 star review. Word of advice make sure to white glove inspect upon leaving and don't wait for someone to reach out to you because it may not happen”

“Recently moved here and was in need of repair on my wife’s 2022 Jeep Renegade. Contacted Russellville Orr Service Deparzment and talked with Service Advisor and/or manager Robert Sitton.Robert Sitton was easy to talk with and helped out answering all of my questions so we sent the Jeep there for repairs.In the meantime while waiting for the Jeep to be finished, my 2018 Ram 3500 popped up a service electronic breaking system warning.I contacted Russellville Orr and asked for Mr. Sitton in the service department and was advised that he no longer worked there. I was advised that he had moved to Orr Motors of Dardanelle.I thanked the lady and hung up and called the Orr Motors in Dardanelle and spoke with Robert there.I enjoy talking with Robert and totally trusted what he was telling me regarding repairs on both of our vehicles.So long as I can deal with Robert Sitton I’ll keep taking my vehicles there to Dardanelle.The mechanic that worked on my truck Eddy was on it. Good attitude and never slowed down till it was done.”

“I had a flat today at the City Mall in Russellville, Ar. I called my insurance , which was USAA, and they sent out Hodges. Myself being a retired Cop I figured it would be 30 mins or longer for them to get to me. In less than 30 mins the serviceman arrived, changed the tire and I was done. He was very friendly. He knew what needed to be done...(ant-theft lug nut remover) and he changed the tire quickly while talking to the wife and I. He was awesome! Great job guys!!!!”
