Francine offered to research a replacement and also refurbishment. She called me several times and sent info by email. She sent me Coleman troubleshooting guidelines which I followed and was able to reset my thermostat.She solved my problem and saved me at least $200.”

“I recently purchased a gently used Lincoln from Cogswell. Shortly after taking it home I discovered that the upper transmission mount was failing. This was a pretty well concealed issue, and I would not have expected it be apparent during an inspection. I spoke with my salesperson, Mr. Colt Short, and ask if they would be willing to replace the mount. Mr. Short went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. My issue was promptly addressed, and my wife is loving her 20th anniversary gift. Many thanks for a very pleasant experience!”
