Casey's in Russellville offers pizza delivery and pickup with made-from-scratch dough and fresh toppings, along with appetizers, treats, drinks, and groceries. The location provides quality fuels and is generally clean and well-lit, with reliable pay-at-the-pump service and plenty of parking. It is wheelchair accessible. However, the store sometimes struggles with maintenance, such as trash spilling outside, missing utensils, and messy counters. While squeegees at the pumps have been fixed, they have previously been noted as worn and unusable. Despite these occasional issues, the location is often reported as clean and well-stocked with decent employees.
Always stop in here on my way to and from Hot Springs. Its a good halfway point. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Restrooms and store are always clean. Most everything is easily located.

I had to stop here while I was passing though town.
I guess it was an average experience. Nothing about it stands out for me.
The staff was friendly enough, and the place seemed pretty clean.
I am not sure what else to say in a review for a gas station.
