The woman with grey hair and glasses is very rude. She spoke to my parents like they were worthless dogs, and even yelled at me for asking a simple question. I do NOT recommend using this bank. We are having issues now because a couple days ago we turned in a check to them and the woman did not make us write our signature on the back of it now they’re taking the money and not giving it to us. Our house just burnt down on July 6th that money was suppose to go to building the house now we are literally screwed. HIGH RECOMMEND YOU GO DO YOUR YOUR BANKING ELSEWHERE.

Just moved to Arkansas and mistakenly opened an account here. Tried to get cash from their ATM and at an in-network atm, was told I'd be charged a $4.00 fee. More than I'm charged at out of network ATM with my out of state card. Almost twice as much. I will be closing my account. Never let a bank charge you extra fees when they have the PRIVELEGE of carrying your money and profiting off of it while it sits with them. Bad business, Centennial, bad business.

Used drive thru. Fairly quick service. From the street view looks nothing like the photo on this site

I’ve been banking with Centennial since 2012. Centennial bank is my favorite bank around and I’ve never had any problems. I mainly go to the parkway location since it’s most convenient for me and everyone has always been friendly and helpful.

First time I have been with centennial banking and to be honest it sucks .The first time I signed up the card machine was down .The second time I went in there to cash a check they couldnt cash my check and I had to go to Arvest or bank of Ozarks. The third time I went in the computers were frozen and I could not inquire what I wanted. Now to go back to the beginning; I was never given an option over what banking I wanted. I was never given checks and I was never given my routing number or account number. I went a couple weeks without knowing my account number and just brushed it off. Well when I actually needed my information. I call the bank. No reply. I call the same bank, but at a different location. No reply. I do this once more with the same results. I physically go to the nearest centennial and it was 3:30pm at the time. The lobby closes at 5:00pm. The lobby, the entire bank was closed. Only the lonely ATM machine was available which could not give me what I needed. I'm assuming the rest of the banks are closed as well due to the lack of reply on the phone calls. Overall the Centennial in Russellville blows.

The people behind the counter are great but be careful you don't start geting overdraft charges, you will pay $35 for each one, and they have a no mercie policey, they also charge for cashiers checks even if you bank with them. Enjoy

I realize I'm not always the easiest client to deal with. The few times I've ever had an issue, which has been a rare occurrence in all my years with them, they are always patient with me and have always resolved my problem even though I can be a pain. Some of the nicest people work here. Love this bank.

They are the best bank that I've ever dealt with.. Thank y'all all for always answering any questions I have no matter how little they are.. And always explaining everything more than once if need be... It means a lot to me because with PTSD some days are more difficult than others... Thank you for caring..
