Taking my 5 star review down. The buying was great, the salesman was awesome. EVERYTHING since then has gone horrible. I have a like new car I can't even drive now. Thanks Mazda, no other Mazda dealership will touch it now either because of you guys.

They took my vehicle in for maintenance and won't tell me when they are even going to start working on it. It has been over a day now with no work on them start to work on my vehicle.

Came in for a key, was assured it was there…so haven’t been inside this dealership since they’re remodel and since the unfortunate event that took place with the owner…so walk in and waiting customers had to direct me (already agitated because a customer shouldn’t be directing your incoming customers) walk in to the bay only to be “greeted” by a rude hateful service tech. I understand retail of any nature is stressful but if you can’t handle it, transfer out or look for a job that isn’t going to bring negative views towards the company YOU are representing. She then points me down the line to other “busy” service techs just to get pointed to Parts. If I could just give 5 stars for him and his time I so would. That gentleman was extremely helpful, didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time, my key wasn’t there but system shows it is so then had to go BACK out to that hateful person that was STILL surfing the internet and had to again “BOTHER” her to do her job. Next time I will just go to conway, total waste of my time and patience. Giving 2 stars only because the remodel makes it much more clean in there and because Parts Dept somewhat redeems my visit.

I have never been to a better car lot. Super helpful, will go above and beyond to get you what you need. I will only go to this Mazda dealership from now on!

They did a great job on my recall for my Mazda 3. And in a timely matter. The parts associates were very kind as well!!

It seemed to me that they could care less if I bought a vehicle. Shortly after that I went and talked to David, the owner of ORR Motors, and went home in a new 2019 Jeep.
