The drug dealer I never realized I needed, because they're always so available for my needs and they listen to me, which is great because sometimes I have a habit of just rambling on and whatnot and it seems like I might have done it again. Oh no. Oops.

Absolute worst Pharmacy I’ve been to write on par with Walgreens. They should be embarrassed how they treat their customers and how they don’t keep basic medication in stock.

Absolute worst pharmacy I've been to in a long time, never keep the prescriptions in stock that they know they're filling the next month , make you wait to the exact 30th day to fill anything so you run completely out before you can get your next prescription filled. Will never use again, and I suggest you do not use this pharmacy in Russellville.

Pharmacy staff extremely rude and very unprofessional. Gave them my prescription and Gwen said they didnt have it in stock. I asked when they would have the meds and with an attitude, she told me she didnt know. This happens every month and i am always told when to check back with them, but this employee (Gwen) would not tell me. In fact, i was halfway out of the store when Gwen yelled at me from the pharmacy, in a very sarcastic tone, that she was sorry she didnt have an estimated time to get my medicine. This was humiliating and embarrassing as everyone in the store heard her. I asked to talk to a manager and there wasnt one at the time, so i left and filed a formal complaint with their corporate office.

Always terribly slow and seem to have trouble receiving prescriptions. After waiting 2 hours they still say they have not received my prescription yet. So maybe a 3rd call to my provider to have them send it in again will work.... Too bad they are the only place around that has this in stock. ??Use any other pharmacy in town but this one. C & D is always great.

Refused to sell me my prescribed needles and syringes because they didn't believe testosterone could be administered subcutaneously (into the fatty tissue). I have the prescriptions for the specific lengths and gauges for these needles ON FILE. I was instructed by my doctors to inject my medication this way.Testosterone has been approved for sub-Q injection since 2017 (Daniel I. Spratt et al., The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, Volume 102, Issue 7, 1 July 2017), but they INSISTED it wasn't true. I had to go to Walgreens to purchase my needles and I almost missed my prescribed dosage.

There phone system is for the birds and I think is intentionally set up to where you will not or won’t wait long enough to get an actual person on the phone. Store is clean and staff is friendly, but overpriced like Walgreens on regular items.

Getting one star because zero isn’t an option. We can never get a human on the phone. They are slow beyond comprehension. They all take a lunch break and close- heck- have someone cover! When someone is horribly sick, several hours to wait is not okay. Also getting in and out of this location is very inconvenient. We will be finding a more local pharmacy that will answer the phone and act like they want our business instead of like they work for the government.

It's been 5 days since I took my Covid test still no results. My husband took one at another location and got his back in a day. Not to mention being yelled at and asked to take my mask down in the drive through because she couldn't hear me. I was literally there to take a test because I could have Covid.

The policy of not talking to a doctor over the phone is a terrible policy, I understand the germs are on the phone, but with the speaker being an option. I see no problem. The fact the Pharmacist was rude. She always looks like she is in a terrible mood, never smiling always has an attitude. Maybe there’s a personal issue with me due to not having insurance. The bright side of the CVS in Russellville is everybody is friendly and always willing to work. With the exception of the pharmacist.
