My daughter has dialysis in Russellville clinic. They are the most caring group of people I've met. Before covid, I became friends with other family members. Miss that.

I wouldn't recommend this garbage place period ~The staff sucks if for some reason you have to go into this one good luck ..And don't ask for Kelley she'd rather feed her insanely big butt then help you ~it's pathetic to be waiting and she's behind the counter with her buffet instead of caring about you .pretty sure she could skip a few meals grrrrrrr.

I would not even give this place a full star but since I have too just to write a review thats why it's rated that way.

I dont think they even deserve a full star too bad Google doesn't change that. Dealing with untrained folks here. Terrible, horrible, ungodly, untrained folks.

these people are very rude and unprofessional. My mother's friend goes there for dialysis and I have heard not one good thing about the Staff there. I also would not recommend this place to people if you are looking for professionalism. Def do not have any here. The staff are inpatient and need to learn to take their time on patients. Dialysis takes time its not something that can be done in 10 mins. they act like they have better things to do. All staff including the director Kathy needs to take some training. Treat people as you want to be treated. You are dealing with peoples family and friends here this is not a JOKE. if you have a complaint or comment add it down below people need to know what kind of place this is.

I would not even give this place a full star but since I have too just to write a review thats why it's rated that way. These people call themselves professionals. More like unprofessional. Recently a very close relative has started dialysis with this center. Let's just say they are very disrespectful toward elderly people and judgemental. First of all you people are supposed to help and treat everybody equally. I just hope that you all find the Lord in your hearts and the that you will start treating people with respect and take care of your patients. Let your work speak louder then your voice.
